First of all, the location was difficult to find and when we got there the manager Luz Maria gave us an excuse that the 3 bedroom apartment had a water leak issue and offered if we would take the only one left which was in top attic and it was very tight going up spiral steps. The studio (which was price of the 3 bedroom apartment), soon as i opened the door it was a whiff of cheesy smell and damp, we thought maybe it was closed for a while so we opened the windows, a little balcony which was very rusty rails and abandoned (very different to what was advertised) the fridge was unbelievable smell and dirty I had to close immediately, the bed sheets & pillows were very smelly and dirty where there was Yellow Grime , and we were left with 3 beds for 5 members. The tv didn't work , the walls had shoe marks drawings, it was very unpleasant to stay more than an hour, Cameras facing the Room which lacks privacy.. Very UNRESPONSIVE and RUDE will only sometimes respond via WhatsApp. A proper scammer AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Horrible experience, had to change to another place,...

No fui usuaria . Pero si ayude a un hombre extranjero a acceder a los apartamentos que van con códigos . Al llamar hace 5min nos atendió una mujer la cual habló conmigo por el tema de idioma ( me lo pidió por favor el cliente de ustedes ) desde momento que descolgó teléfono el trato de la mujer fue deplorable con faltas de respeto, hablando de una forma desagradable y soez y con una prepotencia sin entender, por preguntarle por el código . Son apartamentos nuevos. Seguro maravillosos , en una zona céntrica y preciosa de granada , pero solucionar el trato al cliente ya que eso es lo principal. Al final hablo mal a alguien ajeno y se libro de la queja del cliente. Que fue a mi a la que agradeció ayudarles . El respeto y educación son la base de cualquier trato y más aún si es un trato comercial ....
