I had the best time shopping for my wedding dress here! The team made us feel so special. Rosa Clará was the first store I visited, and thanks to the staff’s understanding of exactly what I was looking for, I found my dress rather quickly! The experience was so wonderful that the very next day, my mom and I came back, and she found her dress there too!

Me llevé una gran decepción con Rosa Clará. Primero, días antes de la cita concertada, te dicen que les mandes capturas de los vestidos que más te gusten para así asegurarse de tenerlos ese día. Pues llegué y tuve que decirles de nuevo todos los vestidos que elegí cosa que en la otra tienda donde al final elegí mi vestido, no hizo falta ni recordárselo. Luego cuando comencé a probarme los vestidos, todos eran tallas pequeñas. En mi caso, tengo las caderas pronunciadas pero por lo demás soy bastante normalita, pues hubo vestidos que no podía ni levantar los brazos. ¿La persona que esté un poco más rellenita que yo que hace, no tiene la posibilidad ni de probárselos? Sinceramente ésto parece una tontería pero afecta bastante el ánimo de la persona que va a probarse. Y ya por último les dije que, después de haberme probado diferentes tipos de vestidos (lisos, con encaje/pedrería o mixtos) prefería un estilo mixto, pues me dijeron que no tenían más, que sólo tenían un vestido así, cosa que en la tienda donde me lo compré, si algún vestido sin manga te gustaba, ellos mismos te añadían la manga. Además la muchacha fue muy simpática pero sinceramente no animaba mucho a que el vestido que te estabas probando te gustase. Tal fue mi decepción que cuando llegue a la otra tienda me preguntaron que qué tal en Rosa Clará y mi contestación fue “fatal”. Lo siento, pero no os recomendaría a ninguna...

Fantastic! I bought my dress here and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Miriam helped me through the process and was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. They have a amazing selection and Miriam was able to communicate perfectly in English too which was great for my mother to feel fully included.
