Feelathome Madrid Suites Apartments — Hotel in Madrid

We stayed in this lovely flat over the weekend with my friends. The place was perfect for four women with two full bathrooms and two bedrooms. The flat had all the commodities needed, including the hair dryer and wine classes! The location was perfect with walking distance to city center, and there were cafes and restaurants nearby. The flat is very peacefull and very little street noices can be heard. The Plaza de Espana park is closed for renovation work (that will apparently take few years!) But there are some other parks not far away. The hostess, Paula, was very nice, friendly and helpful. She provided great advice for exploring the city, and also pre-ordered taxis for us for our return to airport. I would definitely recommend the place - it looks exactly like in the pictures. Only for very tall person the sloping ceilings of this top floor flat could be challenging in some areas of the place, but for average size women there was no problem. And the sloping ceilings actually created a cozy, homelike feeling.There are similar flats (but without the terrace) on the lower floors, which naturally would have the normal ceilings. Only challenge was with the safety box that did not work properly and was difficult to open, although Paula tried to fix it. In any case, I would definitely stay in this place again next time I...

A great location, with a great host. We were welcomed by Paula from the offset when the booking was made. She answered all our questions before we arrived and also when we met in person. The banter was also great ;o) Paula's local knowledge was superb and she provided us with a map showing us where all the best bits were for our visit. Thank you for the Churros suggestion. That went down a treat. The apartment was in a great location with a lot of dining/drinking places at walking distance and close by the station in case we wanted to travel further out. The facilities provided were more than what we had expected and the place was super clean throughout. We had no issues and no complaints, just Praise Praise Praise. We will most definitely book again...

Stayed at the San Marcos apartments, and although in a great location and with a lovely checkin and design of the room, the facility is just not good enough - water barely running in the shower (with unstable hot/cold water flow) some dirty pillows (only gave me one replacement), and noise from the apartment next door (their heavy loud door is located right next to the bedroom) and from the building across the street (which is extremely nearby). The customer service wasn’t really friendly and they moved up my check in time (although they had other apartments available in the building). BEWARE that do they don’t let you post your own review on their website. and they only post the favorable ones. To sum: NOT as advertised....
