Terrible experience. Will never come back. The staff was rude and it took for ever for them to take our order, bring our food and we asked for plates and forks numerous times and never received them. We had to get up and get plates and forks from another table. When we complained to the waitress, she rolled her eyes at us. To top it off, someone dropped an entire beer into my baby’s stroller and into all our jackets. (No customers were around so it had to be someone from the staff). We asked for a manager and were told the manager was not there. I have been to other Tapa Tapa locations and wanted to come back with visitors we had from out of the country because the food is good, but this place was horrible and we had an awful experience.

Experiencia terrible.

We went out a bit late looking for a place to eat. The other places we wanted to go were either full or were closing so we ended up coming here - without even checking the reviews.

We ordered: Spicy wings were really spicy, but surely saucy, which was my order so I ate most. Calamari seemed a little off but I only had 2 pieces as that's not usually something I'd order. BF had the rest of it. Patatas bravas seem like it has been sitting for a while. Empanadas were mediocre. 2 beers, which was probably the of all the items.

I had the runs for 2 days after and I had it worse than the BF. We concluded its likely from the saucy wings that I had more of tho I had my suspicion on the calamari too.

Also at the price point of over €40, the quality (before even the runs) doesnt justify it tho...

If there’s a prize for the most incompetent tapas restaurant in town, this place would win by a landslide. From the moment we walked in, the experience went downhill. Booked dinner for 12 friends 2 weeks in advance. We were initially seated together and then told we had to move because another large table "arrived earlier", despite our booking. Nothing says “welcome” quite like being treated as an inconvenience before you’ve even seen a menu. Reseated on 2 tables of 6. We asked a waitress if we can order- she said no. After we eventually ordered, the seafood, which should have been the highlight, was served stone cold. Multiple items were missing, but managed to make their way to the bill! Overall would not recommend. Cold food, poor service, and nothing offered to rectify the inconvenience...

A nice pit-stop for some tapas and a beer. There was a deal offering patatas bravas (the sauce was creamy and not spicy, like alioli) and a caña for €4. You get a nice serving of potatoes so it's a great deal! I also got 4 croquetas de jamón (under €5) which were lovely but surprisingly cheesey. As for COVID-prevention measures, there were paper menus that could be disposed of after every customer, sanitiser at the door, and ample seating both indoors and outdoors to socially distance.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The food choice was superb and tasted delicious. They staff were overwhelmingly helpful and Me and my wife would recommend this tapa’s restaurant. I want to thank all the staff for the service they provided. If you visit this fantastic Tapa’s you will not be disappointed. Many thanks Roberto and Christina Tait from the Uk Ps. This will be our local place to visit every time we return back to this beautiful city.
