I showed up solo. A group of 2 and a group of 7 came after me. They ordered AFTER me. I ordered 3 tacos with no sour cream she said perfect no problem. And then I waited 50 minutes! The table of two already had both of their plates and the large group started getting their food! I ended up asking one of the girls about my food and she said "yess they will be right up" They finally brought my tacos with the sour cream that I specifically asked not to be added. I reminded her that I didn't want sour cream so she took the plate to the kitchen and then came back with the same plate and said "it's just sour cream" and motioned for me to take the plate. I said "yes and I asked for none" so finally after an hour of waiting, I got my 3 little tacos. There was one cook which made the service extremely slow but that's not the issue. The issue was they served both of the other tables when my order should have been first. They were prioritizing the larger groups when they should have got mine out of the way since i ordered first. The tacos were okay I've eaten at this chain before but I definitely won't return to...

We tried this Mexican fast-food chain for a quick bite, and it’s definitely cheap—probably one of the cheapest options around. However, the quality matches the price. The food wasn’t particularly tasty, and it didn’t feel like authentic Mexican cuisine. It’s the kind of place that works for students or anyone looking for a super affordable snack without caring much about the quality of ingredients. Service was quick, but we had an issue with the menu—it was a bit confusing, and we ended up with an item we didn’t want. Even after we pointed it out, it was still included in the bill, which was frustrating. If you need a dirt-cheap meal and aren’t expecting refined flavors, this place is fine. We’d...

This restaurant was great! We were at a bar down the street and wanted some food and we were lucky enough to find this. It’s a very good price! I got 3 tacos for 4.50, 1 chicken taco and 2 nopalitos. The nopalitos were spicy which was great. Christian and Kelly were awesome! Giving us recommendations and talking to us while our food was being made. Roy was taking care of the restaurant and the other guests! I’ve been struggling to find inexpensive food in Madrid and this place was...

The menu description of the tacos wasn't super clear, but they tasted good when they arrived. I was very happy to find out one of them was a chocolate chicken taco, it was very tasty too. A highlight for me was the tuna nachos, I didn't think it was possible! It was interesting how different the quesadillas were here in Spain as opposed to the Mexican restaurants in other countries.
