Slow Suites Bellas Artes — Hotel in Madrid

Had an absolutely awful experience staying here. When first entering the unit looked promising, but unfortunately everything was a disaster.

I stayed in the Exterior Deluxe 2 Bedroom Apt and there was an extremely strong cigarette smell throughout the unit. Additionally, the hot water never lasted more than a couple minutes. It was also strangely very hot in the unit, even though the heater was not on, and it was February in Madrid.

The worst part is that there it is absolutely impossible to get anyone to help.The whatsapp number just leads to an automated chat bot which was useless. I sent multiple emails which were ignored. I also called and there was no...

Excellent value in a great location. We stayed for two weeks in the ground floor one bedroom apartment. The bedroom is in the back and is a sensory deprivation chamber with the shutters down. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a clothes washing machine. No clothes dryer. The bathroom has a full flow shower with scalding hot water. The staff is attentive and charming. Nitpicks are the thermostat is complex and ineffective. The sleeper sofa is uncomfortable. The radiator comes on at odd times and is apparently not connected to the thermostat. You need internet connection to open the key locker in the lobby. There’s no luggage storage on site....

El departamento es súper cómodo y se encuentra muy bien equipado: Lavaropa, tostadora, televisión smart, secador de pelo, cafetera, etc. Su ducha tiene un excelente nivel de presion y la temperatura, perfecta. La ubicación es excelente, llena de conectividad con el transporte público. Nosotros estuvimos en planta baja con ventana a la calle y prácticamente no se escuchaba nada. Llegamos antes del check in, y nos dejaron guardar nuestras valijas en slow suites de chuecas donde tienen varios lockers. Tienen dos líneas telefónicas, una para horario normal y otra para urgencias. Hay una recepción que funciona como una especie de oficina en la planta baja, con la que casi ni hemos tenido contacto. Como críticas: la calefacción es muy alta y por la noche se prendía sola. Lo cual provocó que algunas veces nos despertaramos del calor. Seguramente esto sea algo solucionable si se habla con recepción. Y por otro lado, el sofá cama es cómodo, pero hacia mucho ruido. En resumen, por su precio, ubicación y comodidad es un lugar súper...
