Una chica le alzó la voz a mi hermano, solo por CASI probar el perfume de la manera “incorrecta”, es decir, no probarlo en uno de los papelitos que tienen ellos exclusivamente y que por cierto NO ofreció con anterioridad. Cabe destacar que íbamos a comprarle un regalo a mi hermano por su cumpleaños, arruinando por completo nuestra energía al tratarnos con tanto desdén. Al NO recibir ayuda antes de eso, ¿como esperaba que mi hermano supiera que solo se podía probar con los papelitos que tiene ELLA y que ni siquiera ofreció? He visitado el lugar antes y nadie me había dicho nada ni tratado de esta manera. Pues ni siquiera se vio dispuesta a vendernos algo en un principio. Solo se paró ahí a ver lo que hacíamos, antes y después de habernos alzado la voz. Me sentí incómoda porque no dejaban de vernos como si estuviéramos haciendo algo mal, ¡y sin decir nada! No se supone que debe ofrecernos ayuda y ser amable??? Para un lugar de imagen de “lujo” pues deja mucho que desear. Sinceramente, por el sabor amargo que me dejó prefiero ni volver. He ido otras veces donde había más gente y a pesar de que seguramente pensó que no íbamos a comprar algo, ya que nos ignoró en silencio, nunca antes me había tocado hablar con alguien que me hiciera sentir tan incómoda… por favor, formen a sus trabajadores en el trato a sus CLIENTES de manera decente por lo menos, y no a alzar la voz ni generar situaciones incómodas sin siquiera ayudarnos... Preferí irme que siquiera intentar comprar algo. Mejor ir a otro lado donde por lo menos me traten con empatía e intención...
