SALAMANCA CENTER APARTMENTS — Hotel in Salamanca

Disgusting! Worst service of all the hotels and apartments we have stayed in with children! Arrived from San Sebastian, 6 hours driving. We told them in advance that we arrive with the children at 3pm.

Nearest parking was a 15 minute walk. We arrived at 15:30 to the hotel and wanted to check in, but suddenly it turned out that they have check-in at 16:00 and we will not be given electronic keys earlier. My explanation that we had given advance notice and that we were standing in front of the apartment - no response. We had to wait until 4pm. They sent us an electronic key, but how to use it was not explained. There are no hints on the door. No answer to the phone. And it is most annoying that after hours no one will answer you, if suddenly you can not get into the apartment, you will spend the night on the street.

An ordinary not new flat in a block of flats. The bedrooms are small, the bed creaks, the pillows are terribly uncomfortable. The sofa is covered in dog hair, the view is down a well.

The only plus is the good location - centrally located. But if you plan to arrive in Salamanca in the morning or at lunchtime - look for other options as these won't check you in before no matter what. Worst service for...

Aunque la ubicación es muy buena, la falta de limpieza y el mantenimiento del apartamento brilla por su ausencia. Hemos estado alojados en el 2C, y la sensación de suciedad y dejadez nos ha acompañado durante toda la estancia. Para empezar el sofá cama está para tirarlo, está destrozado y las maderas transversales hacen imposible poder descansar, no pueden ofertar para que una persona duerma ahí, es inhumano. Mi hijo lo ha pasado realmente mal y tiene la espalda completamente contracturada. El deterioro es la tónica general del apartamento, pero tengo que destacar como algo realmente lamentable encontrarnos los vasos, tazas y cubiertos sucios con resto de comida guardados en su sitio. La ropa de cama es vergonzosa, con aspecto sucio, mal olor y pequeña de talla dejando al descubierto el colchón, qué para más inri este presenta un estado bastante desagradable, el relleno nórdico tenía agujeros de quemaduras.. Y lo peor y más asqueroso que me he podido encontrar ha sido el relleno nórdico del sofá cama con una mancha oscura de un tamaño bastante considerable que hace sospechar que se trate de orina, vómito o de algo peor.., esto es absolutamente inadmisible. En estas condiciones tan lamentables y con esa falta de higiene no se puede alquilar un apartamento. Además, el tirador del lavavajillas está roto y superpuesto, por lo que no hemos podido utilizarlo al no poderse abrir la puerta, los enchufes sueltos en el baño, paredes manchadas, baños con un aspecto de bastante poca higiene y el resto del apartamento con tres capas de polvo... lamentable. Desde luego que jamás volvería...
