Just the best for cheap and cheerful. Bright and breezy with a lovely lifeguard attended pool. The branding is akin to UK Premier Inn rooms with a kitchenette, and prices to match. Gets busy weekends as locals from the North of the island book in for weekend breaks. Everyone else seems to changeover on Wednesday and Saturdays. Rooms are clean and functional,everything works, or is attended to quickly. See map pic: rooms 1-6 populate with couples, of which 5&6 have best pool view. 25-21 best for morning sun. 45-47 for evening sun, with adjacent 48-50 best for toddlers next to dedicated pool area. Limited 2 room flats at 31,32,79 and 80 were having both bathrooms refurbished when we stayed April 2023. We took 2 rooms 24 and 25 and the WiFi worked in the rooms this stay, and gets stronger the closer to reception. Good menu, breakfast currently 8euro or 4 for kids includes unlimited English, continental options, and the friendly chef will cook fired eggs,pancakes to order. Resort is 15 min walk or 5 euro taxi trip from Central Maspalomas, or Faro lighthouse. Gonna start with the positive was a solo traveler and as a woman on my own the staff made me feel very comfortable and we're just lovely particularly Jose who was a gem ! And a lady at reception and behind the bar just want to thank them so much for making my stay so good ! The food was ok apart from one night not getting any as they shut before the alloted time I was given glad I wasn't really hungry that night or I would have been quite angry really apartment was just fine apart from a weird lock on the first day I had trouble opening but after been shown the nak of doing it I was just fine The beach was about twenty five minutes walk away so because it was so hot had to get taxi but tried three different ones which was good hardly any good shops though just tourist ones most malls like ghost towns overall liked gran canaria people so friendly so very happy with my...

Fantastic reception staff. Accommodation is adequate but nothing to prevent sounds travelling up and down stairs or next door👀 so if you area family or two couples sharing and bothered about privacy this place isn’t for you. Ditto if there is a heavy snorer in your group. That is the reason I’ve given only 3 stars. There is a lovely pool, nice temperature and clean. Resort is very clean and cleaning staff helpful and cheerful. Next to large tennis court area. 20min walk to bus stop. 10min walk to supermarket (down a lot of steps) the toilet that serves the bar and restaurant area is down a lot of steps.
