VelSuites VillaGranCanaria — Hotel in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

This was a very disappointing stay, the check in procedure was unprofessional and rushed, not sufficient info given on the property. Entry is by tapping a code onto a key pad (you don't get a key for the Bungalow) which is VERY problematic in bright sunlight and I was locked out on the street on the first day. The unit had not been cleaned properly when I arrived so I had to request for the cleaning to be repeated, very inconvenient with dirty floors etc. Wifi did not work properly but it was then rectified. The most serious problem was the Air conditioning which constantly switched itself off and the fuse box tripped, the previous review in German also mentions this, the whole system was defective throughout my stay. There is no privacy in the Bungalow because there are no blinds/shutters on the kitchen window which is unacceptable. There is NO CLEANING or towel change etc included unless you are staying for more than a week and you have to empty your own refuse. |Each bungalow has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms...very comfortable but sadly I would not stay here again due to all the faults and defects, it's NOT worth the money! Wir waren im April 2023 (hierfür gibt es bei TripAdwisor keine Auswahl, deshalb im Mai :-)) für 2 Wochen in dieser sehr schön und hochwertig renovierten und sehr gut ausgestatteten, kleinen Bungalowanlage mit 4 Bungalows. Die Bungalows haben eine sehr gute und hochwertige Ausstattung mit allem was man zur Selbstverpflegung so benötigt. Sehr großer Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit Netflix, Youtube-Zugang und alle deutschen Kanäle. Sehr gute Betten und Außenliegen.||Es gibt einfach nichts auszusetzen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns sehr gut erholt. Überraschend war für uns die nächtliche Ruhe (sind wir sonst auf der Insel nicht so gewohnt). ||Die Betreuung mit Schlüsselübergabe (bzw.
