We stayed, in March 2025, for 11 days in the apartment Felicidad at Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote. We have been coming to Lanzarote intermittently for years. Always at new locations for a stay. To be closer to the sea, the location seemed perfect to us; also for long walks along the beautifully landscaped boulevard; if you want with a length of 17 km.. We like to go our own way, and deliberately do not want to stay in a large apartment complex anymore, Like we used to do when we had short vacations. The location is in a side street of the Main Street "the Strip"; Close by and without being bothered by the crowds. It has practical advantages. However, the location and care of the area; I mean the alley at the front and rear, we think it urgently needs to be renovated; It is messy and neglected. And that's a real shame, at least if you think that's important!. The appearance of this does not fit at all with the luxurious tasteful apartment! Parking, at the front door, is a problem if your car is larger than, for example, a Fiat 500. It remains a challenge: Break in, turn halfway and then reverse up the slope with the right side tight along the wall. We opted for problem-free parking close by, Tip: for example Calle Quinzuela The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated, with some attractive and appropriate "Beach" details. The kitchen equipped with everything you need. Our tip: equip the kitchen with an Espresso cup machine, instead of the classic Espresso machine; Fine in your private kitchen, but not suitable for everyone. The living area is spacious with fine daylight, and gives access to a comfortable patio with everything you need; especially peace and privacy! The road to the comfortable 1stfloor is "special", and is over a staircase that demands attention in all respects. It takes a while to pay attention, but you get used to it. On the first floor you will find the excellent bathroom with everything you need; the landing with ample closet space and a large bedroom with sofa, TV and access to a balcony with sea view. We liked the stay. After we were here for 11 days we left for an 11-day stay at Ecoliving Olivos 76, also from the same landlord. As a contrast in the middle of the volcanic landscape and with an additional opportunity to swim in a fantastic pool at Casa del Medianero....
Read moreWe have just enjoyed the most wonderfully relaxing time at the beautiful Casa Felicidad. A real home from home, furnished with everything we needed to make our stay effortless. Having both a sizeable upper balcony and ground floor terrace for making the most of the sun was a real bonus. Casa Felicidad is in our view perfectly positioned to make the most of everything Puerto Del Carmen has to offer. Within a minute you can be on the gorgeous beach, duty free shopping, sipping a cocktail or tasting the delights of hundreds of restaurants. From the moment we made our booking the communications from our hosts Andrés & Sarah were faultless and far more detailed than any other booking we have made. The digital welcome guide book provided upon booking is a superb tool and gave us real peace of mind and ensured we had no stresses at all. During our stay Andrés was only a WhatsApp away and was ultra helpful and accommodating enabling an early check in and also assisting us throughout our stay. Andrés was kind enough to pop in to help me with the safe code I had messed up, a super helpful host. We would very happily recommend Casa Felicidad and the hosts Andrés & Sarah for the perfect vacation, 5...
Read moreOverall, an amazing apartment with everything you need! Beach towels, plenty of cups and cutlery, super nice and brand new appliances (washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine, fridge, oven, etc.). Stunning ocean view from the balcony. Really quite, eventhough it's only couple hundred meters away of Pto del Carmen's boulevard. We stayed for one week and the apartment was cleaned mid-stay, including change of towels. Be aware of the small street that leads to the front door. It’s a one-way street so reverse into it or you have to drive down backwards. Suggestion: free parking on the whole island, so if you have a big rental car like us (Cupra Fermentor) it would be better to park your car a couple of streets away and...
