Bianco Ristorante — Restaurant in Tías

This was the worst expiernce I’ve had in Lanzarote and it was the most expensive bill. It started with ordering food and drinks. It was an asian lady and she was so rude to us… I was still looking and I didn’t look at the deink menu yet. So I started with the food. She started yelling in this exact words, not full setences: ‘DRINKS, DRINKS’ I told het I didn’t have time to look yet and then yelled: ‘NO FOOD NO FOOD’ we told her we wanted food, she kept yelling at us: ‘NO FOOD FIRST DRINKS’ okay very rude. I asked for 1 minute of time but she didn’t leave!! So we ordered sometime quick. She was very rude throughout the whole meal.

Then the food. Terrible!!! I’m sorry but so overpriced and disgusting. We got a charcuterie bord, ofcourse the chine lady didn’t ask us if we wanted bread. When we asked for it, she was yelling again to us: ‘BREAD BREAD’. Calm down. The taste was okay. Ik had then the truffle pasta and my bf the truffle pizza. We didn’t taste truffle at al. My truffle was very wet and tasteless. It was a fake truffle. My pasta was overcooked and it was supposed be in the cheeseweel. The cheeseweel was finished and yet they used it. I was so flat of taste. No truffle taste, overcooked pasta and no cheese flavour. So dissapointed, get this of your menu if you don’t use real truffle!!!!! The truffle pizza was okay but again NO TRUFFLE TASTE.

Then they forgot to bring our drinks, then they brought the wrong ones,… it was so bad!! I would never come here again, don’t spend your money here. Unfriendly, the food was disgusting and overpriced. Don’t go here. I wish I never spend money here, they didn’t deserve it (cheeseweel boy was really nice tho but again. My pasta tasted not like cheese...

Our experience here has been nothing short of appalling. We arrived and instantly could tell the service was going to be shocking. Our four year old was sat simply looking at the salt and pepper pots and one of the waiters who was very rude throughout our short time there came over snatched them off of her and shouted at her in Spanish. My husband was sat with our 2 year old and as he tried to turn slightly, one of the legs completely snapped off the chair causing my husband and child to fall to the floor. The drinks smashed and ended up covering our son. One of the waitresses came over and said "you shouldn't be leaning on it, it's broken" why there is a broken chair out in a restaurant Is beyond me and God forbid what would have happened if it was just a child in that chair. Despite the food being quite nice, The service from there was again appalling, just rude and no customer service at all. When we received the bill we told them our dissatisfaction which resulted in two members of staff arguing in front of everyone for them to come back and just say "it's okay it's fine". We spent over €80 here and to top it off, all woken up with food poisoning the day before we are due to leave so cannot enjoy our remaining time here. Ruined the end of our holiday and they ultimately...

We arrived there and we was greeded by a nice waiter. We ordered the drinks and one of them was a decaffeinated coffee. Someone came with the drinks and put everything on the table. When asked which one was the decaffeinated coffee he wasn’t sure. Then someone else came and we asked him but this person couldn’t understand us because they won’t speak English at all. He was rude towards us and rolled his eyes and just left the table without saying anything just shouting in spanish at the “nice” lady waitress “No tengo paciencia para ellos” thinking we couldn’t understand basic spanish! The nice waiter came and resolved the issue. Then our food arrived which was just fine. Not the best, not the worst just the average. Again the rude waiter came to serve our food. I asked for some extra pecorino cheese for my arrabiata pasta and he said “no entiendo” and was about to leave. Like when he said that he was already turned with his back at us. My friend said to him parmigiano and he said aa ok. One thing to be specified “pecorino cheese” is in their menu. Disgusting service. He was also wearing a mask and I think but i am not sure that his name is Andre?. We will definitely not coming...
