Black Buffalo Steakhouse & Grill — Restaurant in Tías

This place is by far the worst we have been to on Lazarote, the service is lackluster and the food is serverly underwhelming, the manager is passive aggresive and full of excuses that really dont concern a customer. My childrens food resembled something from a school canteen, a limp lifeless low tier magharita pizza that looked like it had been purchased from Iceland for approximately 40p and a plate of frankfurter sausage and chips which was just a tin of cheap hotdogs that I could have boiled myself back at the apartment. My wife endured kentucky chicken which had the consistency of breaded roadkill disguised with melted kraft cheese slices on top accompanied by "canarian potatoes" although we couldnt find anything canarian about them, they were just plain old potatoes, and finally my burger and chips which had the consistency of a processed burger from a box, the "chef" couldnt even be bothered to slice my tomato properly, I received an end piece of tomato on my burger that was about 90% skin. Overall this place is just a tourist trap with a flashy interior, probably designed to bait in people who value their IG profiles over their tastebuds, there isnt an ounce of love put into any of the offerings here. Me and my boyfriend decided to go here for our meal and did not enjoy it at all. My boyfriend's burger was very dry and falling to pieces. My steak was meant to be cooked medium but came our rare which I cannot eat. The waiters were too busy getting new customers in rather than making sure people were happy with their meals so could not flag anyone down. Once we finished which we only had a few bites(I basically still had a full steak on my plate) I said to the waiter it wasn't cooked to what I had asked for so I could not eat it. He replied with there's nothing I can do because you should of told us. He then proceeded to give us our bill which included the full steak amount of $19..really was not worth the money since I never got to eat my steak and my boyfriend hardly ate his burger either.I get there is nothing they could do because I couldn't flat them down but in most places I've been to if something is said at the end of the meal then they will usually try and speak to someone else about it, I just felt they were basically saying 'tough'. The total we paid $45 for a steak and burger which we hardly ate and 2 drinks. Would not be going back here...

Worst meal of whole holiday. Would score zero if possible.

Starter of chicken wings were dry and tasteless. For main had fillet steak for 17.50 which was stringy and tough , not like any fillet steak I’ve ever tasted before , horrid. Salad with it was dry and stale like it had been sat out since the morning, coleslaw runny and tasted ‘sour’ , again, like it had been sat out all day. The jacket potato was rock hard and inedible. Had to send it all back.

Waitresses rude and sat staring at me after I had complained (and trying to read my friends phone over her shoulder- in case we were posting a review maybe?) really awful experience start to finish. Just really uncomfortable and rude.

For two starters, mains and wine , the bill came to €70! Nearly choked as easily 30 euros more than we paid for any other meal all week on holiday.

Replacement meal was ok but this place is like they want to serve cheap nasty food quickly but charge the earth for it , ridiculous.
