I have a lot of concerns about this establishment. I just don't know from where to start.||||I have been to here before. The apartment and there service was amazing back then. Based on this experience I decided to book on apartment to host my kids birthday. A front desk staff named Sameera who I assume is the only professional hotelier at this establishment is the one who took our booking. As any other hotelier he was kind, and accommodative. ||||We wanted to move some furniture's aside as we wanted to host a party. But the front desk staffer asked us to do it ourselves as they were short staffed. When I moved the furniture away, I noticed food particles, tissue papers, mold and lots of garbage being buried inside and underneath the furniture/rugs. There was a dead cockroach on the toilet floor too (image attached). When I asked housekeeping to help clean they made the biggest fuss about it. They were reluctant to help, one of them even told that he has to consult the owner about moving the furniture and he was on a call with someone clamming to be the owner. With lots of hesitation he cleaned the garbage that I discovered. He also told me that this will be the last time he will be helping us. Duh!!! ||||Since COVID19 is at its peak here in Sri Lanka, we were careful about the hygiene of our surroundings. We never expected this establishment to have maintained this place with such low standards. When we requested one of the room service staff if he could remove his footwear prior to entering the apartment, he rudely replied that he will not do so. I wouldn't minded if he refused but the guy needs behave calmer. ||||What I felt was that this so called guy has more authority than anyone there. beware don't mess with him. ||||Another issue that I noticed is that this place is not strict in recording the contacts of the visitors who enter the building. I have seen many people walk in with no records of the visitors were taken. Further, visitors also use the service elevator which is on the other side of the building where no records of the visitors are taken either. At a time where people are talking about a possible community spread I wish Platinum1 takes this a bit more responsible about the pandemic.||||This was one of the best service suites which also offered a great service. I am shocked to see what has happened to them now. I blame it on the pandemic. I am not sure if the staff are exhausted but they sure need to manage their anger/frustration better. I would say start with some meditation and yoga. Classical music also helps.||||Positives about this place : It's location. It's close to supermarkets and shopping malls. Stay at this place if you really don't care about the hygiene. Ideal if you plan to have a booze with friends, you wouldn't really care about dead cockroaches, rude staff or food...

The apartment was filthy! the toilets were not clean and the beddings had not been changed in the master bedroom. There was a blood mark on the bedsheet and the pillows smelled as if they had been slept on. it was really disgusting for us. The toilet seat had marks as did the toilet itself. We had to pay double the price just so that we did not spend another night at your apartment. This is not the way it should be given out on air bnb there was dust everywhere and my daughter had to take the asthma puff multiple times. the aircon was so loud that she shifted to the single bed room in order to get some sleep on our first and only night there. I have pictures to prove this. We ended spending much more than what we anticipated for our trip due to incorrect information and pictures on the post on airbnb. Read moreWe booked Platinum One Suites in December 2019 (New Year's week) & found it to be very conveniently located in the midst of hustle & bustle of the city. Given that we were 6 adults, we went for their 4 bedroom suite which has a very modern feel to it. The apartment in itself was pretty spacious but bedrooms left us asking for more. Apart from the master bedroom, all bedrooms have queen size beds which makes it a tad bit uncomfortable. The kitchen is equipped with huge cabinets but they are all empty & hence, while cooking your own food is a boon, the lack of equipment makes it a tricky affair here.||The best thing about the place is their front desk staff & restaurant manager who went to great lengths to ensure that our stay was both comfortable as well as enjoyable.
