We had a very upsetting experience at far eastern that I feel compelled to share. We ordered a fish dewel, but were mistakenly served chicken deval instead. Unfortunately, we only realized the mistake at the very end of the meal — on our last bite — as the flavors were unexpectedly similar and the dish was heavily spiced. What makes this especially distressing is that we have not eaten chicken for over 10 years due to personal and spiritual reasons, and have been extremely careful in avoiding it. Consuming it unknowingly was extremely upsetting for us. When we raised this serious issue to the staff, instead of an apology or attempt to rectify the mistake, the manager asked us to pay for the chicken dish if we still wanted the fish. This response was not only insensitive, but shockingly unprofessional given the nature of the mistake. There was zero accountability, empathy, or willingness to resolve the situation. This experience has left us deeply disappointed. Mistakes can happen, but how a restaurant handles them speaks volumes. When our order was served, only the Nasi Goreng came out, which my friend began eating. However, the second item, a Seafood Kebab Rice, never arrived. No one seemed to notice or care about the delay, and after a full 45 minutes, I had to personally follow up with the staff at the counter. Only then did they check on the order, and I learned that they hadn’t even started making it yet!
It was finally delivered after an exhausting one-hour wait. This experience was highly unprofessional—there was no coordination to deliver both items together, and the delays were unreasonable. While the GM, Sudheera, along with Manager Prabodha and Assistant Manager Kalana, did apologize, this kind of service is unacceptable.
Overall, it was a frustrating, time-consuming experience, leaving me a...

We ordered Nasi goreng and Mongolian rice. We were told of 25 minutes of wait time but the food arrived early.
The price is average. The portion is Good. Food is oily and in the Mongolian we felt some of the sea food items are not well cooked enough.
I will only recommend their service based on how fast they brought the food...
