Muhsin Villa — Hotel in Galle

Terrible experience, not worth the money at all, so bad service, and so much annoying staff, even though i was the only guest but they cant appreciate anything and dont be cheated with the big snakie smile. And as long as you paid they will keep annoying you about when you will check out even before you check in, and as soon as i opend my eyes they start asking when you are checking out, which so different than any other places, even 5 stars hotel dont ask you to check out at 11. But this one dare to call your number sharp at 11 to give the key, even i was clear that i will go out for coffee and will come to collect my things and leave. And whenever you go to your room for rest, they will knock your door for no reason. At all i dont recommend this place. And for the location Galle Fort is too small you don't need to worry about the location. I was badly annoyed there. We were given an early check in. The host is a nice guy. He said could set up a router for a zoom call I had to make. When wanted I wanted to set it up, he was not to be found. I took care of it using my iphone hotspot. There is no one to address your issues as an when they arise. The room had two beds and no table. Very small room. I paid $55. I don't think this is worth more than $20. ||He set us up with a tuk tuk driver for Rs 7500 for the evening. The guy gave a good tour, the tour was worth it. The Tours the place promote has no upfront pricing. Does not say what is included in the tour. We had a wonderful stay at Musin Villa in Galle! The service was truly exceptional — the staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The villa was clean, safe, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing.

They helped us arrange transport for a tour of Galle and were incredibly accommodating in recommending great places to visit and eat.
