Villa Florhof — Hotel in Zurich

I had a truly magical experience here recently. I didn't know about this place until my Father brought me here. On our way to the entrace we walked past the kitchen, where what they were cooking looked amazing. This alone got me excited.

Looking at their menu, it's classic French quisine, which I tend to be rather picky about. Everything was cooked to perfection. The staff also seemed to know their wines quite well, which was something that especially made my father happy.

Despite the typical "swiss prices" the restaurant felt cozy and comfortable. I will make sure to return soon.

Visited Jul 3-5, in one of the Junior suites. Our room was located on the top floor right under the roof - very nice decor. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower - bedroom and sitting area were spacious. Access to the room is via elevator + one flight of (spiral) stairs.
