Great location by the beach, owner very friendly and nice comfy beds...have balcony so you see the ocean, just a slight downside is that the inner window area have little ants walking around maybe its the area, but all in all besides the little ants (some may be bothered)...

老闆是一位非常熱心，又有愛心的人！ 我們是五位視障者來花蓮遊玩，老闆非常主動，而且積極的給予我們很多協助，非常的有耐心！ 環境也非常乾淨、讓我在洗澡和睡覺時都能覺得很安穩

原本看網路評價說廁所沒有門會有味道，其實整棟民宿只有兩個房間的浴室廁所沒有門，其他房間都是有的，所以會介意氣味的人可以挑選有廁所門的房間 （其實在家裡房間，即使廁所有門我們也沒在關的）

不管要到夜市或者是海灘走路都非常近 現在花蓮的天氣還是非常風光明媚！ 早一點起床走到民宿後面的海灘不到5分鐘，就能享受到迷人的日出喔！

我們要上網申請住宿補助不太方便，老闆也都熱心地幫我們處理，非常值得信任！

趁著每個月都有補助，在11月底之前趕...

優點：民宿老闆健談、樂於分享、瓶裝水無限喝、乾濕分離、地點離夜市近、有停車場附近停車也方便、有附早餐

缺點： 枕頭套有污漬.. 隔音不佳 床架有異音（翻身就有聲音） 窗簾有黴 遮陽簾上灰塵太多 電風扇沒有清理..很多灰塵 浴廁跟房間沒有門隔開只有浴簾 早餐每天都一樣（三明治+紅茶） 插座非常少（電視下2個、冰箱1個、吹風機1個），有些在的位置也很奇怪（床墊下） WiFi...
