Easily among the best ramen I have had in New York, and across Japan. Broth was perfectly seasoned and incredibly rich — not too salty at all. Pickled cabbage was delicious and added a cool, fresh contrast to the noodles.

This store BBQs their pork before serving it ontop of the ramen, which adds an incredible smokiness. Seriously...

整體來說….只能給溏心蛋分數 拉麵普通，麵份量少，吃不飽 很少會去評低分，但整體感覺真的不太好 碗盤要自己收就算了沒關係 但建議規劃好 收髒碗盤的地方很小 也沒倒廚餘和分類的地方 還要把自己的髒碗盤疊在別人吃過的碗上（前一人的碗裡還有湯汁） 小碟子也沒地方放 最後弄得手油膩膩的也沒地方洗 店員看到我們在收盤子 跟納悶小碟子要放在哪裡時 也只抵著門等著看我們收完 都沒有想要出聲協助 或許收盤子不在他們工作範圍 只有監督客人有沒有收好 加上冷氣又不會涼 有注意到有兩台冷氣（都開20度） 但是不是壞掉了？ 裡面很像小型烤箱 吃個麵汗流浹背 給位置也很小氣 五人（三男兩女）給一桌小桌 內場跟外場的人也沒有說好 外場說坐裡面那桌，內場的又說坐錯了 還好後來問老闆(?)點頭店員才給併桌 （當下店內還有很多空位）
