阿囉哈滷味 — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

The two shops open next to each other are run by two siblings. I had smoke dug meat, pig blood cake, oden, dried tofu here. All taste really good. They used Chinese herbs and soybean sauce to cook the above listed items for hours, therefore, the items are soft to eat and covered with the herb flavor.

這家「阿囉哈滷味」真的是高雄人的回憶之一，從小就看爸媽買回來配飯或當宵夜，這次終於特地跑來鹽埕總店回味童年的味道。

攤位真的很有歷史感，外觀保留老高雄那種市井風情，但也看得出來整理得很乾淨。進去後被那琳瑯滿目的滷味區驚到，品項真的超級多，不只是常見的豆干、海帶、雞翅，還有像豬耳朵、腸子、雞胗、素雞、滷蛋、甜不辣、米血等等，滿滿一整櫃，讓人忍不住多拿幾樣。

我最喜歡的是他們家的滷汁，鹹香夠味又不會太重鹹，帶有一點甘甜味，是記憶中熟悉的味道，而且冷熱吃都好吃！食材滷得很透，不會有腥味，尤其是雞翅和雞胗滷得入味又有嚼勁，真的很推。

價格也蠻實在的，點個幾樣也不會太傷荷包，CP值高。難怪就算不是用餐時間，也會看到不少人來外帶，感覺是在地人也很捧場的一間老店。 老闆娘和工作人員都滿親切的，手腳也俐落。
