as i have already said, the staff did a lot of help to us, and the hotel manager is a friendly gentelman, since a bad guy rolled up all our money and gone away before the safari, my husband and i didn't bring to much money when been to Tanzania, and the snow crest hotel is our last stop before go back China. That night my husband want to eat dinner at hotel resteraunt but the credit card machine didn't work, for that case we went back to our room, after all lack of 1 dinner we could stand for it's okay, and not a big deal, but the hotel manager that gentleman heard about us story, he insist that we should eat our dinner, with the help of manager my husband and i didn't starve that night, which made us felt a big warm flow throughout whole body. And another staff maybe also a manager when hearing we come from China, he even excited and keep talking about former Chinese chairman Mao Ze Dong, he talked about the long relationship since Mao's time between China and Tanzania. The rooms were clean with individual air conditioning units. Our room was close to the main hotel. Friends stayed in rooms on other floors and encountered the strangest staircases - sometimes you need to go down a staircase to get to a higher bedroom number. ||||Back to the room, the bathroom was nice, with a glass walk-in shower. One of our friends found a had a half-full bottle of hand cream in the bathroom when he checked in.||||We had vegetarian food in the hotel which was fine.||||The wifi in the hotel was OK. I had reached quite late at night, and the staff got me checked in smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offered me some fruit juice while checking in so late at night. The rooms were as big as a one BHK house. It had a proper living room, kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom was quite luxurious with a nice bathtub and hot water. The rooms had almost all amenities - TV, safe and included an ironing board and iron.
The property is quite nice, too. It has a small pool, conference rooms and a small gym. I didn't use the pool or gym, though, as I didn't have much time. The breakfast was quite lavish with Swahili and Western options.
