Uzunguni City Park — Restaurant in Arusha

The food was great. atmospere was very pleasant. My concern was the waiter. Our service was very good. When the bill came i was presented with a receipt that only showed a balance due. No break down of the food we received, no line item amount, just a receipt with a total. When i asked the waiter (a young man) to bring me a bill with the breakdown of items we purchased, he bought me a hand written bill that was HALF the cost of the first receipt. It appears i was attempting to be scammed. Be careful with your bill. Go over each item. There were discrepancies on the line item bill ho bought me as well. This restaurant was recommended by locals, so our expectations were to taste local African food with good quality and reasonable prices.
