Nungwi Retreat di Kombo — Hotel in Unguja

A little oasis at the end of a 24/7 busy street. Nice air-conditioned rooms and a nice staff that came every day and swept the floors free of sand and dust. We however experienced that the tap water too often didn't work and the same with electricity. This could be just a short periode but we had a 11 days staying at Kombo and it happened to often during those days. It didn't last lomg though. Only some minutes and a couple of hours...

Ich habe hier vier Nächte gebucht und bin nach der ersten Nacht fluchtartig gegangen. Das war leider das schlimmste Hotel, wo ich jemals war und ich kann die Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Das Badezimmer war heruntergekommen und der Wasserhahn ging nicht, sodass ich meine Zähne in der Dusche putzen musste. Es war alles lieblos und das Frühstück eine Katastrophe. Mir tut es für den Besitzer leid, weil er einen sehr netten Eindruck gemacht hat, aber das Hotel muss dringend saniert werden. Der Standort des Hotel ist leider auch mitten im TownShip und es gibt keine Straße dorthin und der Lärm nachts ist ohrenbetäubend. Mehr als zwei Stunden Schlaf ist hier nicht möglich. Der Hoteleingang ist quasi nicht vorhanden, sieht aus wie eine Hintertür und ich bin dreimal dran vorbei gelaufen. War erleichtert als ich da...
