This place is definitely of lower quality than what they are charging for. While the room is basic, which is fine, It is dirty and very unmaintained! The shared bathroom is also falling apart, dirty and stinks! The door to the balcony has a huge gap so there is no barrier to the sounds of the street! The passages and entrance are also filthy! Expérience déplorable dans cet hôtel. Dès mon arrivée le 11 février, l'organisation laissait à désirer. Lors du check-out, personne à l'accueil, aucune information fournie sur Agoda, et j’ai dû appeler l’agence trois fois avant d’avoir une réponse. Ils étaient injoignables sur WhatsApp et d’une impolitesse consternante.

Ensuite, la porte des toilettes de ma chambre (302) s'est verrouillée seule, et la serrure a cassé. Après avoir signalé le problème, le personnel est venu constater... puis est reparti sans explication. Après 45 minutes d’attente, je suis allé demander ce qu’il en était, et on m’a simplement dit qu’on avait oublié ma demande. On m’a alors transféré dans une autre chambre (403), dans un état pitoyable : hygiène déplorable, odeur nauséabonde, toilettes bouchées, pas de fenêtre et un bruit incessant.

Pour couronner le tout, à 11h50, une employée est entrée dans ma chambre sans frapper pour vérifier mon départ. Le personnel est désagréable et incompétent. Cet établissement ne devrait même pas être en activité. À fuir...
