TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do NOT make any reservations with them as they will NOT honor it. Once you put in the deposit, they will bump other customers in front of you!

We had previously made a reservation for a massage for two people at 11pm after putting down half of the deposit for the massage, as stated in their policy. Per their request, (they said they were closing at midnight and the earlier we got there the better), we arrived at 10:40pm. We had to catch a plane after the massage and repeatedly asked them to start the massage on time or shortly after 11pm (the reserved time). They made us pay the entirety of our massage before starting. At 11:20pm, after waiting 40 minutes, they had still not started the massages. I understand that they can be busy and may be running behind at the end of the day, but we clearly saw three people who had walked in at the same time we did, without a reservation go in front of us for three massages. They knew they had our deposit money and therefore decided to bump up the three people without a reservation to get a massage, while keeping us waiting. In addition, they made us pay for the entirety of the massages without even starting service. Despite repeatedly asking the massage to start and explaining that we had a plane to catch, they did not care about us since they already had our money. Once we told them that we had to leave to catch out flight, they said they could only refund us half of the money and would keep the other half, even though they were the ones who were 20 minutes behind and decided to bump others into our massage slot. In addition, they were closing at midnight, so we wouldn’t even get the entirety of our massage even if they started right then. We left without any refunds or even an apology from the owner.

Wow wooww WOOW!!! This was such an incredible experience, and if we could give them more than 5 stars we would! My boyfriend and I were in Bangkok by the end of July celebrating our anniversary and I took him there as a surprise and the spa really outdid themselves and went above and beyon!! They welcomed us with tea, then took us upstairs where they gave us a hot water and milk foot rub and then took us to the hydrotherapy room which they decorated so beautiful since it was our anniversary and then after 30 minutes we were taken to the couples massage room where they also beautifully decorated and we got the BEST massages! Lek, Nuch and Pang were so friendly and kind. They were the ones that set everything up and 2 of them gave us the massages which were absolutely amazing! We definitely recommend them as the best massage place in Bangkok!! If you are ever in Bangkok and are looking to relax or are celebrating something special, you need to check out Yin Yang the Original Spa, they have wonderful service, everything was so clean and beautifully organized we are definitely coming back when we are back...

Weirdest experience ever. I requested an hour reflex foot massage and an hour neck and shoulder massage. My masseuse does a ten minute shoulder massage, a ten minute foot massage on my right side and then proceeds to spend almost an hour on my left side for the foot massage. There's a clock that was in front of where I was sitting so I only started paying attention after I realized she was spending an extremely long time on my left side. I asked my friend that was also getting a massage, to translate and ask that she go back to the right and then give me a shoulder and neck massage like I requested. So I get a foot massage on the right side for ten minutes and then get a shoulder, neck, arm, upper back, and lower back massage for the remainder of them time. Which again isn't what I asked for. Regardless, my friend and I both agreed the massages themselves were definitely not as good as other massages we've gotten in Thailand. And we've gotten a lot. I have no idea why this past is...
