This Inn/boutique hotel is clean, service/staff are friendly, free good WiFi, they only clean the room if you put a sign to clean. The staff is in the lobby 24/7 and they speak good English! It feels safe because they’re there. At night the front door can only be opened with a room key. Again, extra security! Our room was spacious for Asia with its own bathroom, but they have dorms too. The room had 2 waters when I checked in which is a nice touch. Also, there is a cafe for coffee and pastries downstairs with local beers on tap if you’re into it! They have laundry machines for 30Baht to wash, 10baht per 10 min to try. The soaps are 20baht each, but you can also get a pack of them for the same price at 7-11! There’s 2 boba spots nearby, which is important to me. Haha. In the mornings there’s tons of food vendors to try from if you are adventurous. Plus there’s a mango sticky rice place a few doors down! There are tables in the lobby to eat your street food and water dispenser. 7-11 is also just a few steps away for snacks/essentials. There’s also a pharmacy if you happen to get sick, like I did. The staff referred me over to speak with the pharmacist. She spoke English. Khao San Road and Chinatown are a quick Grab ride or TukTuk ride away! Overall, a very enjoyable stay at Lost Inn BKK!

I loved the room and the courtains around the bed, mattress a little too hard! What a view, the sunrise from your bed! AC! Big space for yourself and privacy. Big locker in your room, you need your lock! Clean and nice toilet and shower, you will find shampoo and shower gel. they provide you a towel and bed is already made. Nice quiet common space. Laundry available for 30baht with dryer or space to hang your clothes! People working there are really nice and polite! A lot of mosquitos! Nice quiet area in the evening, busy during the day with markets and street food! 15 min walking to Khaosan Road!

The bald guy at the reception in the morning(named Ta) was not at all accomodating. I had asked over email for early check-in and they agreed. But upon reaching this guy refused to give us the room before 2 PM. The room and bathroom had cockroaches. The drainage in the washroom was inefficient, water got collected after bathing and then earthworms were coming out of the drainage hole. Location wise it's okay. There are better hostels in the same location.

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews but it made me shock the minute I arrived, nothing close to what I expected from the pictures or the reviews!  First, the entrance of the hotel is very small, I believe it is less than 12  ft. situated among street shops, the hotel’s entrance is same size as the shops like it’s one of them! That’s why we missed it the first time we drove by and almost missed it every time we came back after walking to our car if we did not really pay attention.  ||||||Hotel does not have its own parking.  We had to park in a temple near by for 20 baht per hour.||||When we tried to check in at 10 am (we requested an early check in) we didn’t see anyone around but luckily later we found the receptionist sat on the floor behind the desk!  We checked in and she gave us only one key card for two guests without small envelope for key card with room number or WiFi password.  After I paid 1,056 baht she told me that I can stay only until 6 PM ( 8 hours for 1,056 baht) otherwise I will be charged 528 more! I was afraid that I couldn't finish my errands by 6 pm and needed to book a room for four to extend our stay after 6 pm. The front desk said the room for four was 2,300 baht. I was thinking about it but went to see the room I had already paid first.||||The room was clean but very small with one bed no space for a table or chair.  The floor was polished concrete. My 84 years old mother had to sit and write on the bed.  She could not write on the bed for long though because it hurt her back. So not only we did not reserve the room for four but we also checked out at 3 pm same day because we just couldn't stand this hotel. We'd better lost 1,056 baht for a very short visit than spending another hour here. After that we ended up at another hotel and paid for 2 rooms at 1,059 baht each room to spend the rest of our day and we couldn't be happier with our decision to...
