I booked this hotel because of the good reviews but it made me shock the minute I arrived, nothing close to what I expected from the pictures or the reviews! First, the entrance of the hotel is very small, I believe it is less than 12 ft. situated among street shops, the hotel’s entrance is same size as the shops like it’s one of them! That’s why we missed it the first time we drove by and almost missed it every time we came back after walking to our car if we did not really pay attention. ||||||Hotel does not have its own parking. We had to park in a temple near by for 20 baht per hour.||||When we tried to check in at 10 am (we requested an early check in) we didn’t see anyone around but luckily later we found the receptionist sat on the floor behind the desk! We checked in and she gave us only one key card for two guests without small envelope for key card with room number or WiFi password. After I paid 1,056 baht she told me that I can stay only until 6 PM ( 8 hours for 1,056 baht) otherwise I will be charged 528 more! I was afraid that I couldn't finish my errands by 6 pm and needed to book a room for four to extend our stay after 6 pm. The front desk said the room for four was 2,300 baht. I was thinking about it but went to see the room I had already paid first.||||The room was clean but very small with one bed no space for a table or chair. The floor was polished concrete. My 84 years old mother had to sit and write on the bed. She could not write on the bed for long though because it hurt her back. So not only we did not reserve the room for four but we also checked out at 3 pm same day because we just couldn't stand this hotel. We'd better lost 1,056 baht for a very short visit than spending another hour here. After that we ended up at another hotel and paid for 2 rooms at 1,059 baht each room to spend the rest of our day and we couldn't be happier with our decision to...
