This resort is a hidden gem with a definite 5-star energy! . Tucked away on the river and surrounded by its own lush greenery, it provides a welcome escape from the daily grind.
The pool area has a Mediterranean style and feel, for me definitely a relaxing space to just sit.
I'm currently on week three of my stay, and I've already extended for another four. We cancelled our booking at another pet friendly hotel. This place is so good, I had to share!
Thai hospitality is top-notch throughout most of the country, and this resort is no exception. The booking team was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the start, making for a great first impression. The concierge team is awesome and genuinely helpful.
Most importantly, after weeks of being here, I still feel as comfortable and welcomed as I did when I first checked in. Naturally, I make it a point to be respectful and friendly in return, which I'm sure helps maintain the positive vibes.
I think anyone with a realistic expectation can have a good time here, this place has surpassed mine at every turn. Sure, no place is perfect, but I think the overall value here is exceptional. I've stayed in my fair share of high-end places, and as someone needing a pet-friendly option, I'm extremely satisfied with this resort. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other travelers with pets.
The resort's location is weird but a real plus for me. It's a bit off the beaten path, which adds to its appeal as a secluded retreat. Haha.
However, it's seriously only a 10-minute walk from the renowned Icon Siam and the BTS station , or just a Grab ride away from everywhere. (Grab seems to be the Uber alternative here.) And to make things even easier, they have an effective shuttle service that drops you off at the BTS or Icon Siam. Always on time and worked perfectly on the way back. Super handy.
When I needed to change rooms due to a minor health issue, the staff was understanding and quick to help, showing me the available options without hesitation. The entire resort is spacious, clean, and truly pet-friendly. My dog has been comfortable and welcomed by the staff.
This resort easily holds its own against other 4 and 5-star places. My pet-friendly unit is located on the groundfloor / and driveway, and it's so good! The overall setup gives me a sense of privacy and space.
It feels more like a private villa than a standard hotel room. Getting to the pool and other amenities is a breeze, and the restaurants are just a short walk away.
There's some green grass for the doggies to play fetch and sit on the beanbags.
The buffet is excellent, with a solid variety of options. We were even allowed to sit outside while our lil buddy sat in her bag.
There's a small gym and a variety of sitting areas. The resort houses its own mini massage parlor, which makes massage access easy. While I can't compare their prices to street pricing, there are plenty of massage options along the street as you walk towards Icon Siam, as well as in the other direction. You'll also find plenty of food options, laundry service, salons.
Probably one of the best things about the location is the exquisite DAY Luxury SPA right across the street! It's called Nalina Spa and offers resort-quality spa services at extremely reasonable prices! This just adds to the convenience of staying at the resort. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a good spot overall I reckon with all the right things in place.
We have no issues staying here at all. Absolute credit to the professional and friendly team...
Read moreI really love this hotel. The personnel was very helpful always when we needed help (e.g. arrange taxi, help where to go, help with luggage, etc.). The breakfast is included in the price (we have paid ca. 45€ per night). Breakfast was simply delicious, many choices and it contained the whole food like boiled rice, fried rice, pasta, potatoes and then vegetables with shrimps, mushrooms, meat, different types... Plus breakfast classics - yoghurt, fruits, etc. There is also a bar on the roof (5th floor) but during our visit was not working, however the view from the roof was very nice :-) There is also a beautiful pool (ca. 20m length and depth around 1.2) on second floor and the view to the pool is directly from outside of the rooms. From end of the pool (is actually open there is no wall) is also nice view and there is also a bar on 1 side and little gym on other side 1 treadmill, some dumbbells. Negative of the pool is that the water contained too much chlorine.. In the bathroom was everything: from soap through shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste and bath cap, etc. The room was perfectly clean each day. The big advantage and also disadvantage of the hotel is that is located directly in the normal city streets. I took it as advantage as we had easy possibility to see the normal life of those people, street shops, and not only the beautiful hotel and its beautiful surroundings / shops inside, but also the real life there, which includes also the poverty.. I fully recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have nice and comfortable accommodation with great breakfast and wishes to know Bangkok in all its beauty with all the good and also...

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days 1 night, and it was a really good experience.
First, the staffs were so nice and supportive. We arrived at the hotel at 1 pm. They said the room was preparing so we decided to go for a walk and they let us dropped our luggages. But then the room was ready, so we went to the room.
We booked a pool side room, so sometimes we could hear people playing in the pool but it wasn't that noisy.
The food in Sarin cafe was quite late and came in quite small portions, but tasted good.
Buffet line was various, you could find American breakfast, dumplings, sushi, Thai foods and also noodles station. My favorite was eggs station. There are sunny side up, omelette, scrambled, even egg Benedict.
The hotel decorated in minimalist. They focused on White and wood and it was very photogenic.
There are parking lots but not that many compared to the room, but I wasn't struggle finding one. However, I'm not sure about high seasons period.
If you don't have a car, it quite hard to go there, unless taking taxi. But they have shuttle van to BTS and Iconsiam. And if I understand correctly, they're making there own pier.
To conclude, I'm more than impressed with this experience. Enjoy so much time there. Definitely will...
