A nice tucked-away little riverside rooftop, one of the few more-afforadable ones on Charoen-Nakorn Rd. It comes with a pretty good view. The food is of good quality but the portion doesn't match up with the price. It is semi-self-service here: they give you a QR code after you sit at your table, you scan it and the menu will appear on your phone, then you click what you want to order, and pay at the counter when you leave. This place is located close to Rama III bridge so you get a different view than you have from the usual places around Saphan Taksin or further up. It‘s located on top of a small hotel.
It‘s not a high rise building but they don’t have elevators. So prepare to climb up three floors. But the reward is great! You are basically opposite Asiatique night market. So once the sun sets the Ferris wheel starts.

It's a small restaurant with an open-air. Ideally, a romantic meal for two. Luckily, the rain didn't last long and stopped for the rest of the night. What's a view! It's amazing.
