✨ Highlights from the Set Menu
🥂 Canapés:
👉Savory chicken in golden puff with curry powder and truffle – a delightful, crispy start. 👉Crispy rice pancake with crabmeat – light yet flavorful. 👉Coconut crème brûlée with sturgeon caviar – a surprising balance of sweetness and umami.
🥗 Appetizer:
River prawn salad – A burst of Thai flavors with fragrant lemongrass and tangy calamansi, creating a refreshing kick.
🍜 Soup:
Organic chicken turmeric soup (from Nakhon Pathom) with Malabar tamarind and pickled madan – A rich, umami-packed broth that feels comforting and refreshing at the same time.
🍋 Palate Cleanser:
Passion fruit sorbet with honey jelly – Perfectly timed! Sitting on an open cruise in Thailand’s warm weather, this was a much-needed, cooling delight.
🥩 Main Course:
Grass-fed beef cheek with massaman sauce, pumpkin croquettes, pickled shallots, and peanut butter – This was my absolute favorite! As a Thai, I was blown away by how beautifully the massaman flavors were executed—a rare find these days. Paired with rice and pickles, it was perfection.
🍮 Dessert:
Panna cotta with sticky rice – A perfect ending to a flawless meal.
With stunning views, exceptional food, elegant setting. This is the Bangkok’s best dinner cruise!!!!!...
Read moreWe’ve done plenty of research and this was the best private charter option in Bangkok to tour Chao Phraya River. The options (private) here in Bangkok are limited. This one was nicely designed and well managed. Great for small groups and big parties.
Communication was easy through LINE. The point of contact was fluent in English. Everything went smoothly. The only problem was paying deposit. The website declined all of my US credit cards. The fraud protection was no joke. We had to wire the deposit in the end. We hope that they offered APPLE PAY.

Food on board was better than I expected. It’s restaurant quality and nothing like catered food, which is a perk.
First floor is a full bar, second floor is dining area and top floor is a patio. There’s plenty of space to lounge.
The route was not the best because I wanted to see Wat Arun but the yacht does not go that far to the other side of the bridge. But it does pass by Icon Siam, which is an iconic mall and the view is impressive.
One thing that could be improved was embarkation. There’s no one/sign to check us in at the pier. The only person who seemed like a security does not speak English. We could not find the pier at first and the yacht was late by a couple of minutes. So we were lost for a minute there. But manager Max was professional and handled the...
Read moreWithout doubt the indisputable king of fine dining cruise dinners in Bangkok. Do not accept substitutes. Whilst regionally expensive, the cruise is well worth the cost. The staff are top notch, some British educated and others English fluent and attentive. I never had an empty glass. Albeit there was some confusion when asking for a vodka tonic...
Food, whilst exotic, is practical for the boat journey. Mostly served cold as the ladder to each deck is steep, this is safest for the crew to carry, and detracts a little from the overall experience, but acceptable. Sadly, not hugely sophisticated mains, they were tasty, but the hors d'oeuvres were probably the best I've had in while with some great flavours.
Free flow alcohol is welcome as the quality of wine is good (not excellent), but limited matched wine with each course would be better.
New cutlery for each course, rather than being told to keep the same dirty set, would take things to the next level. That was a bit of a disappointment. Loos onboard we're surprisingly excellent for the vessel type. No improvement required there.
Overall I do recommended this company for anyone wanting a calm fine dining river cruise evening. Not a true Michelin dining experience, but definitely superior to some of the other supper cruises we saw...
