Me and my friend stay in the hotel from 21-25 April Room A206 the receptionist she very nice and polite, on the 2nd we hanged the make up room in the morning at 9:30 h. And we go out for the day tour, We came back to the room but the room wasn’t clean, I call to the lady take care of the building “she said the house keeping report to her at 15h that our room hanging “Do not disturb” so the room can’t clean. I was surprised because my friend took the picture hang “Make up room” the lady say apologise and try to handle and offer to bring us the towel and what we need. On 25 we do check-out and we extend 1 more night but we can’t make the reservation pass through the person take care of the desk so she recommends to pass agency and we booked pass Booking.com, so the room we booked different company take care, we went to the lobby for check if the room, if the room ready to move, my friend speaking English, the receptionist during speaking she playing the phone and only say No No.then I gave her the details of booking so the room not ready we waiting at the pool for the new room ready for check-in at 14h but very disappointed with the service and management. The hotel had 3 buildings, each building are managed by 3 companies, but that is not a problem for me to know. The rules of hotels all over the world are check-in at 14h check out before noon, but we checked in at 14:30h the receptionist sent me to the room which was still dirty, not even cleaned. We were supper shocked, when entering. After The receptionist moved us to another room but disappointed again because the room was also not neat. The receptionist could not fix the situation and did not apologize even once and asked us what we wanted. Customers pay to have a clean room, good service, comfortable rest. What else need? If there were negative stars, I would give them. Really need to focus on the management team....
Read moreI came here for a 25-day stay and paid the full amount upfront (which I deeply regret). After just 2 days, I realized the area was filled with construction noise (2-3 construction sites nearby), making it impossible to work in silence. I work online and have Zoom meetings, so this was a big problem. I politely asked to either change the area or get a refund (even suggesting a partial refund). The manager showed me another room in the same building, but it was even noisier.
I then asked if they could offer another condominium or return my money since it was impossible to concentrate on work. She promised to give me an answer the next day. I waited for a week, made countless calls and sent messages to the manager. Even when I had an emergency and needed to move out early because my child got sick, there was no response. They simply didn’t care after I paid.
I waited a long time and was forced to find a quieter place to work, as it was impossible to do so in that room. The rooms are nice and everything is new, but that’s where the positives end. The surroundings are ugly, filled with construction sites, trash, and garbage. I eventually moved out, and they didn’t compensate me for the 2 weeks I didn’t stay. For the same price, it’s much better to go somewhere else—just not here! Their prices are too high for what they offer. They didn’t even care when my child got sick, and I had to return to my home city. They never responded. Don’t waste your money here! There are much better places around.
P.S they also deleting bad reviews, before me there was review one guy also complained about construction noise.
So if you really want to spend your vacantion time here, it’s wrong place for that! Just 1-2 days...

Living conditions: Assigned the 6th floor of Building A. Lift access to every level. Two pools, one at rooftop of Building B. Room equipped with Smart TV for YouTube/Netflix and cable TV. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave oven and basic crockery/cutlery/utensils. Balcony has a rack for hanging wet laundry. Receptionist is a kind lady and nice to chat with (see photo).
Facilities: Charm Restaurant right outside the condo. 7-Eleven is a 10min uphill climb with winding paths amidst local dwellings. Look out for traffic and personal safety.
Room for improvement: King bed is actually 2 single beds combined rainfall showerhead had calcite stains probably due to humidity no bathrobes within the units to prevent guests from wetting the lift area access card often have issues when opening doors; consider leaving main doors open at lift lobbies room door sometimes does not lock; guests should always check before leaving the unit garbage bins can be placed at the respective lift lobbies for convenience of disposal my unit (Building A, Room 606) had a pigeon nest so there were plenty of bird droppings at the AC unit which wasn't hygienic but I've since informed the receptionist local mart with necessities and snacks will be helpful to the residents and guests
Overall a decent place to stay at 725...
