Had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel! I booked the Superior King Room and requested a high floor—they gave me the highest available (7th floor), which was a great start. I also had festival tickets delivered to the hotel, and they kindly received and placed them in my room before I arrived. Super thoughtful!
On the first night, there was an air-conditioning issue (compressor broke down), but what really stood out was how well the staff handled it. Shoutout to Kat and Tae at the reception and Manager Meaw—their service recovery was excellent. They genuinely cared and did their best to turn the situation around. We were even upgraded to the Executive Suite for part of our stay.
Rooms are spotless and spacious, with large windows that bring in lots of natural light—makes the space so much more pleasant. Only improvement I’d suggest is to add a few more lights at night as some corners can feel a bit dim.
Special mention to the housekeeper as well—it’s clear she takes pride in her work. The common areas and rooms were cleaned to perfection. Even when we had the Do Not Disturb sign on, hotel staff WhatsApp-ed me to check if I’d like the room cleaned at a different time. Thoughtful touches like this really stood out.
The Superior King Room had a huge rain shower, fresh-smelling linen, no mould in sight, and a comfy bed. It faced the road and a small local settlement—interesting view of local life. Pillows were slightly firm, but not a big issue. Loved the universal extension cord with USB ports too.
The Executive Suite is on another level—massive layout, two Samsung WindFree ceiling ACs, separate living room, and a wraparound balcony with city views and blooming flowers. Comes with a bathtub, better quality toiletries, and even thicker toilet paper (yes, I noticed!). It’s the kind of place where you don’t need a rooftop bar—just grab some wine and enjoy the skyline from your private balcony.
Location-wise, it’s perfect. 10-min walk to Thong Lor BTS, and near loads of amazing eats like Here Hai (crab omelette), Mae Varee (mango sticky rice), Watanna Panich (beef noodles), Bamee Kon Sae (crispy pork belly), and Beyond Bread at the lobby for great coffee.
Service overall was 10/10. Everyone was warm, responsive, and professional. From storing our luggage after checkout to making us feel right at home, the staff really made a difference. Huge thanks again to Kat, Tae, Meaw, and the amazing housekeeper whose name I didn’t get. This is truly 5-star service in a boutique hotel setting. Will...

If you're a motorhead, this hotel is perfect for you. The street-facing rooms come with a 24/7 symphony of scooters, motorbikes, cars, and tuk-tuks. The soothing hum of two-stroke engines will gently massage your eardrums throughout the night, ensuring the most restful sleepless experience you can imagine. Doors only close with a satisfying slam, so you'll never miss your neighbors' comings and goings—perfect for keeping you in the loop.
The single elevator is a real gem, especially during checkout rush hour. The rooms? Let’s just say they add character—plenty of mysterious stains, stray hairs, and even the occasional booger to keep things interesting. They’re also much cozier than the photos suggest. You’ll definitely find better options at lower prices, so if comfort is a priority, ditch the boutique pretense and book a normal hotel.
The location is equally exciting, with no sidewalks to separate you from the thrilling danger of passing motorbikes and cars. But the silver lining? The staff is fantastic. They’re incredibly friendly and genuinely do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Too bad the rest of the hotel doesn’t quite follow their lead!
Recommendations: Pay a little extra for the non-street-facing rooms—they’re a bit quieter. If you want to treat yourself, go for one of the top-floor (8th) rooms. They’re the quietest and come with a balcony, but they’re also smaller and pricier than the...
Read moreAt first we were not sure whether to stay here for 5 nights or shorter because of the pretty varied reviews. But we decided to just gave it a try. Firstly, bec we like staying in smaller local hotels and secondly, the rooms in their website looked pretty cute. It was a totally right decision! The staff are so hospitable, the hotel and especially our room was more spacious than expected. The bed was so comfortable and cleanliness was great. We were not disturbed at all by the traffic noise and always slept like a log. We booked directly to their site and Watcharee, the staff, was highly responsive. We booked the wrong dates and had no problems at all rescheduling the booking. She also helped with taxi arrangement for a return trip to the Ancient City, which was more reasonably priced than other car rent applications. The other staff I can't remember the name of (sorry for this), did his best in assisting us with directions and transport to take. We will not hesitate to return to this hotel again in our...
