Caffè Olives not only offered you one of the best espresso around, but the freshly baked (and a lot of time came as newly introduced, not on the regular menu) goods that you can have with your coffee are exceptional! Truly exceptional! Among my favorites are the Cornetti buns, Cannoli with choc chip & pistachio and their secret-recipe carrot cakes.
And if you are in the mood of having a glass of Aperol spritz or pink lemonade to kick off your lunch/snack time, followed by my most favorite dish: organic kale and anchovy salad with sourdough croutons, then a few bites of Napoli style pizza with different toppings, this place can give you just that perfectly well. So chill! Its pizza dough is amazing and the selected toppings by its pizza chef are all yummy!
So, to sum up, this is a rare breed of caffè that is very serious not only in its coffee beans, but also the flavors & tastes of its food as well, both savories and desserts!

Read moreGood for coffee and snacks, but not for food- the portions are ridiculously small. The space is empty and quiet with an outlet and WiFi for sitting and working on the weekday, and the coffee + ricotta toast for 180 baht is great.

Not even a child would be full. I had a salad for 320 baht - even with adding sausage, it was SO small. How can the owner be so thoughtless? I know premium ingredients = premium price, but a main course should be the size of a main course! Change some ingredients, add some more salad leaves, serve with toast on the side- anything to make people feel like they can order a main course for 300 baht and...
Read moreWe had a wonderful breakfast at Café Olived on Sukhumvit 36 — such a peaceful place tucked away from the bustle of Bangkok. The setting is full of natural light and greenery, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a slow morning.
We ordered a great selection of dishes, and everything was fresh. The Pesto Avocado Toast, Shakshuka and Lazy Breakfast slice were delicious, with decent portions and great ingredients.
Drinks were also nice: the Americano Orange (Iced) was a refreshing twist, and we also enjoyed Pink Lemonade — all well made and nicely presented.
Prices are fair considering the quality, service, and atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive throughout. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommended if you’re in the area and looking for a cozy, high-quality...
