I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but there are a few points I’d like to highlight.||||Firstly, the hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, and we truly appreciated the covered walkway directly connecting to Thonglor BTS Station. This made commuting effortless and added great value to our stay.||||Additionally, we were very impressed with the staff’s attentiveness and kindness. When we celebrated a family member’s birthday during our stay, the hotel generously provided a complimentary birthday cake, which was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special. The staff were always courteous and helpful, and we also enjoyed the breakfast offerings, which had a wide variety of delicious options.||||However, we did encounter some issues with the facilities that we feel should be addressed:||||1. The water pressure in the shower was insufficient across multiple rooms, including those of our family members. This made showering less comfortable than expected.||2. On one night during our stay, we experienced a significant leak from the ceiling near the bathroom area (likely related to the air conditioning pipes?? ). The leak was severe enough that we had to contact the staff at around 1 a.m. for assistance. The duty female staff responded promptly by arranging an inspection and helping us move to an adjacent room. While we appreciate their quick action, the incident disrupted our sleep, and we were not able to settle until 2 a.m.||||We acknowledge and appreciate the compensatory measures taken by the hotel, including the apology letter and the fruit platter. Nonetheless, we hope that the hotel will seriously review and improve these facility-related issues to prevent similar occurrences in the future.||||Despite these inconveniences, our overall experience was positive, and we still enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality and efforts to ensure our comfort.||||We wish you the best and hope to see further improvements in the future.||||Kind regards,||Chan Pui Ming||E-mail:...

Feel right at home in a modern Japanese ambience with typically Omotenashi service. I don’t usually leave reviews on TripAdvisor but am extremely impressed and exceeded my expectations with their thoughtful attention to detail and every effort made in the pursuit of comfort and luxury. From the moment we walk into the hotel until departure, you’ll be welcomed in the spirit of Japanese hospitality. The team across all areas of service were very attentive and extremely helpful. The hotel is in a prime location, wide variety of hot spots restaurants, bars and shopping centres at this little Japan Town trendiest neighbourhood in Bangkok and conveniently just few steps from Thonglor BTS Skytrain station. Modern contemporary spacious Japanese stylish interior and Thai touch elegantly guestrooms with separate bathroom and toilet, exquisitely designed yet functional with luxurious amenities to suit all travellers. International Buffet Breakfast with In-style Japanese Breakfast at The Oasis on Level 6 serving sumptuous buffet spreads were spoilt for choice in cozy and conducive environment surrounded by the lush greenery …… simply amazing! Extensive range of service and facilities with well-equipped Fitness Centre, swimming pool including HISHOU, their signature authentic flavours Japanese restaurant. Overall, Service, Food, Facilities and Ambience were impeccable! Kudos to the service team. Thank you for making our stay a truly remarkable and memorable experience, we will be back again soon and so look forward to returning to Bangkok's Little Japan at Hotel Nikko Bangkok – Highly recommended for anyone...

I can confidently say that I was very satisfied with my experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I entered the hotel, the consistent fragrance from the lobby to the toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, and lotion made a lasting impression on me, making it easy to associate such scents with the Nikko Hotel.

The gym on the sixth floor was particularly well-equipped with essential machines, allowing me to continue my workout routine from Korea, which I appreciated. However, I think providing bottled water like the ones in the rooms, rather than water from a dispenser, might have added a nicer touch.

As a Korean, I have no aversion to Japanese food, so the breakfast was quite satisfactory. The option to choose from four different egg dishes was a great touch, and I enjoyed having scrambled eggs or omelets daily. However, after three days, I found myself wishing for something different, perhaps craving more Thai-style options.

Additionally, being able to book a stay at a 25% discounted rate for multiple nights certainly enhanced my satisfaction due to the affordability. Lastly, the checkout process was very straightforward and convenient, and the staff were helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport, making the departure process seamless and...

I stayed here for my birthday and it was a quiet and enjoyable experience. The rooms are excellent (although the rainfall shower in my room had an issue), there's a large swimming pool, and the service was very good. Location: very close to Thong Lo BTS with lots of massage and restaurants nearby and 7/11 is on the same side of the street. You can also access Sukhumvit Rd directly through a little alley in the back of the hotel. Rooms: relatively new and luxurious rooms with bathtub and shower combined in one space. The shower pressure could be better but the bathtub was good and filled very quickly. The view was not the best but I was on a lower floor. Very comfortable bed and couch. Amenities: the swimming pool is very large and suitable for lane swimming, but there's no view as it's not on a high floor. Quite a number of restaurants in the hotel including Ginza Thonglor. However, there's no rooftop bar or lounge - I think because this hotel is more for businessmen and families. Overall Opinion: it's a 5-star hotel, through and through, with Japanese design and service. With its prime location in Thong Lo and quiet rooms, it's perfect for business travellers and families. I dropped by Hotel Nikko Thonglor yesterday, and honestly, it’s one of those places that makes you wonder why you didn’t explore it sooner. The location is spot-on—right in the heart of Thonglor, close to everything, yet tucked away just enough to feel calm once you step inside. The dining options here are a huge highlight. From casual to fine dining, there’s something for every mood: the famous Royal Kitchen Chinese restaurant has moved in, there’s a solid Korean spot, a comforting late-night congee buffet, and of course, excellent Japanese dining including shabu. It’s the kind of lineup that makes the hotel just as much a dining destination as it is a place to stay. Inside, the lobby feels spacious and inviting, perfect for lounging with a coffee or a drink while waiting for friends or even getting some work done. The gym is surprisingly large and well-equipped, which is a big plus if you’re staying here for more than a night or two. Parking is also smooth and convenient—something that can’t be taken for granted in Thonglor. Overall, Hotel Nikko Thonglor strikes the right balance: comfortable, spacious, and versatile, with a little something for everyone, whether you’re here for a staycation, a business trip, or just a meal with friends.
