We were a group of 7 guests, and booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. I honestly wish we could've stayed longer! We booked through another website roughly 5 days before we arrvied. We got rooms right across from each other along the strip leading to the beach, so we were only footsteps away from the gorgeous water!||The rooms were great! The beds were a little stiff, but everywhere else we had stayed in Thailand also had stiff mattresses. They sat on a wooden platform which looked super cute! The showers had great pressure and never any issues with getting hot water. The TVs only had a couple of working channels, but the wifi was always great. We also had no issues with the A/C, they worked perfectly. Everything looks more updated and much nicer compared to the other pictures posted on TA.||The cafe made amazing smoothies, and they always hit the spot after spending so much time in the sun!|The staff was so sweet! They provided laundry service, and delivered cooked seafood to us from nearby restaurants. They made us feel so welcome!||I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat, and would also recommend anyone who wants a relaxing stay by the water away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok even just for the weekend! Lots of beautiful places for the...

I booked 2 of the most expensive rooms, the 5k thb/night seaside deluxe room for the bathtub and nice views. Each night they had filthy water in the taps that I couldn't use to take a bath due to health risks. Had to buy water to brush teeth since they only give 2 free bottles daily. Told the staff who understood our situation and tried to follow up, but on the 3rd night, the owner told us to accept 500 thb or leave the hotel within 30 minutes. Then it was extended to 1 hr, and finally 1.5 hours after we complained it's not enough time to pack up, find a new hotel or resolve the situation with trip.com.This is a very basic beach hotel. Rooms are right next to each other, no soundproofing, there's nowhere to wash your feet from the sand and the expensive rooms are next to a bar who plays loud music past midnight every day and the hotels advice was to call the police. It was hard to sleep. There were cockroaches in the room. We asked for the eggs to be fully cooked for breakfast which they weren't upon delivery. No staff available to talk to before 8am or after 7pm as they are working at other resorts. Housekeeping only after 2pm and they drop toilet paper and water at your door earlier. There's better...

We didn't feel welcome at all in this place today, and we were so confused why. The staff in charge (she was alone) was super rude, as if our arrival was a total inconvenience to her. The place was pretty and chill, and the coffee is better than all we tried in the island, but the customer service was unpleasant. I would say the worst I have experienced in Thailand. We arrived with all seats filled, and the only place vacant is the bar with stools facing the sea. We thought it was perfect as we wanted to work too (we had our laptops with us as we both work remotely). However, the sun bed mattresses were piled up in the area. The lady in the cashier seemed very disturbed when we asked her if we could sit there, as she had to remove all the mattresses by herself. I understood it was quite a work, so I tried to help her, but she rudely dismissed me. She was removing the mattresses abruptly that it even hit me and the small table in the corner. She was obviously not very happy. We were so surprised and we both wondered why, as we thought this is a restaurant and we could sit as we prefer. We both feel disappointed and sad that this is our experience in this nice place. It would be great if we could be...

Would say 3 stars hotel with cozy beach cafe and reasonable price Location is good not far from the pier and connects to the white sand beach. You can get nice photos and beautiful sunset at the beach and cafe has good taste of bekery and beverages (a bit pricy as cafe) The standard room is a practical size that has all essential things but maybe hard to fine space for open your luggage The bed is right next to the room door as a sliding glass door with only a manual key so you can hear everything clearly from outside when people pass your room. Would be hard to sleep for a person who needs to sleep in silent or easy to awake

You have to catch a speed boat or ferry to cross over to the island, there are plenty of hotels to stay at, we stayed at Sawasdee Coco, l found the double room a bit small and we weren't allowed in the room till 2pm even though it was ready when we got there at 11-30am, l found that somewhat annoying, but the staff were very nice and l suppose they have their rules, but when you get on the beach it comes alive especially at night 🌙 with all the different restaurants opening up on the beach front plus the sunset is amazing.

Hotel has seen some upgrades since we were here last. That said, we were very disappointed in our room. The bed is so hard we both woke up sore. I've been camping and had a more comfortable sleep. The coffee shop hasn't changed much. Like always, they only have part of the menu available. Beer and water available but no cocktails which is still a big disappointment. This hotel could be amazing but a number of key issues have made us decide to not return for a 5th stay.
