Panupong — Hotel in Ko Samui

This hotel was a good location, very close to beach/restaurants ect but too close to nightlife area, as this was very loud at night. Not very long away from airport which was a bonus for taxi hire. |We had 2 nights here before heading to koh Tao and it was just enough. |Very busy place.|The bathroom was ok but the shower wasn’t hot throughout our stay! |They also don’t have a safe just a draw that locked and the door was only secured with a padlock.. We booked the room on Agoda, chose the option "Pay cash at the hotel". Hotel was nice, no complaints. Check in was nice and I paid cash as supposed to.||Two days after, Agoda send me email, that my reservation was a no-show, and they are going to charge the room price from my credit card. Situated 2-3 minutes walk to the Green Mango area (for epic nightlife), this place was great value for money.

Rooms were spacious with a balcony and fridge. The safety deposit boxes for each room are located in the reception area and you get your own key.

Service was excellent, with most staff members cheerful and happy to help. We rented a scooter from them for the week we spent here, at a good price.

The downsides? Wifi can be temperamental and if you're a light sleeper you will need earplugs as the party goes on till around 5am.
