The pizza is not bad, actually the ingredients on the one we ordered (Nonna's Pizza) were pretty good... But the service definitely needs to be improved.
Went there with my wife for a pizza and they were able to inexplicably mess up everything. As we were sharing the pizza, they brought 2 sets of cutlery, but just one plate. Usually we don't need to ask for plates at restaurants, but here apparently we have to. We also ordered 2 beers, and we were told by the waiter that during their happy hour if we ordered 2 beers the third one would be free. Nice! We finished our beers and I asked for the third one, which didn't come before the waitress come to me 3 minutes later to confirm if I wanted another beer. Why do they have to confirm something that was already ordered? Don't they take notes of their clients orders? To finish, when I asked for the bill, the third beer, which was supposed to be free during their buy 2 get 1 happy hour, was also charged. When I complained to the waiter about it, he apologized and asked me to wait. I was expecting that he would come with a corrected bill, but he came with another beer instead! Don't their waiters know about their promotions? It was not hard to realize where the mistake was. After I explained again what was wrong they finally came with the correct bill.
By the way, this restaurant charges a service fee of 10%, something that most restaurants in the area don't do. And for that reason I won't be coming back again. I can put up with those mistakes they made, but I won't be paying an extra for that.
The onwers of this restaurant should pay more attention to the service their staff is providing, cause if they keep doing this poor service, other reviews about it will come and this restaurant will be next business to fail on that...

We had to wait longer than usual for a waiter to come and take our drink order. We wanted some recommendations, but the waitress didn’t understand us, so we gave up and just ordered what looked the most appealing. The drinks came with ice, even though we specifically asked for no ice.
We were a group of three and ordered starters and main courses. However, two pizzas arrived before the starter and were lukewarm. Halfway through the pizzas, the starter for my friends finally arrived. By the time they were nearly done with their lukewarm pizzas, I lost my patience and asked for the bill for my cola. I made it clear to the waitress that this was unacceptable—we came to eat together, not to watch each other eat. She apologized but tried to justify it by saying that pizzas are ready faster than the dish I ordered. A weak excuse.
I paid for my cola and left. On top of that, when we arrived, we asked at the entrance if they had space for three people, and they told us to go inside and check for ourselves. Overall, the waitstaff seemed very confused. I definitely won’t be...
