Booked in for 2 nights to rest after 27 hours traveling trip. The Place needs Tender Love & Care Owners bought the mattresses in Flingstone Mattress Store, they must be made of Stone, they were the Hardest Uncomfortable Mattresses Ever. Second Night we trow all the Pillows & covers & try to sleep on the living room Sofa. Windows from the 1990 have zero Sound Isolation & Traffic, Motorbikes, Ambulances, Police Cars & heavy Traffic make it almost impossible to sleep even with Headphones sound suppressor. The pool is unserviceable. In checking in the staff were friendly and check in was easy . 32 inches 1990 Tv In the Living-room had passed her lifespan with Gritty image & sound - nothing to watch or listen to & No TV in the 2 Bedroom
The Room furniture are probably over 20 years old or more & damages & Tears everywhere. coffee Cups & Boiler in the Kitchen but No Coffee, No Creamer, No Sugar
The rooms are spacious and clean. House keeping do the best they can job!. Hedge of the Bathtub was moldy & need fresh silicone, shower head holder missed a screw so you had to hold it to take a shower. If you like your peace and a goodnight sleep, then forget it! Between the Stone mattress & the traffic does not stop. Between the continuous traffic and air-conditioning, it was a sleepless night.
The location is far from BTS but there are some nice street food nearby. We ended checking out early and booked at another place to extend our stay & to get some sleep. Read moreI stayed here (actually still staying) for a course of 2 months and are extremely familiar with the area. (have worked and lived for an extended period of time in Bangkok). Ist this a 5 star hotel? Certainly not. But it is as good as it gets for the price in Bangkok in this sort of location. ||||I read here: "Far away from tourist attractions". So is everything else if you are talking about the Royal Palace, night markets etc. Bkk does not have ONE city center as such and is a very dynamic city changing by the day and public transport is very cheap. You will not find any other hotel in sort of location, with a fantastic view onto the skyline, absolutely great staff, super friendly and very helpful, a pool, a gym and a Family Mart right in the building. ||||The location closed to Phra Khanong and about 10 minutes walk to Ekamai Sky Train station. The pool is half indoors and serves the purpose. The gym is fairly large and equipment seems to be new. (have not used it though) ||||Wifi and cleaning services are included for short stays but charged for monthly stays. Washing machines are on location and can be used for a small fee.||||There is a restaurant located at the reception level. Thai food. Very good and not expensive.||||The perfect place for me...
Read moreThe reception staff is very bad service. I booked the hotel 30 minutes before arrival. When I arrived, the staff said they did not see my booking (I understand that I have to wait) but I waited for a long time but they did not care about me. They made me wait for a long time then checked my booking again and said they just saw my booking 10 minutes ago which means the booking came while I was waiting but they did not care. After that, the staff gave me a room informally. I heard them say that they gave me the room because I was staying for only one night (but I did not stay for only one night, I was staying for only one week). I mean they gave me the room like they did not want to serve me but the room was not bad. The room did not have a hair dryer so I asked the reception staff. They acted like they did not want to serve me. They treated me like I was staying for free. Everything was good except the service of the staff and the room is located on the road so it is noisy...
