It's great hotel

Noise: I didn't hear any noise in my room, I did hear one time from aisle when people leave thier room, but I am using white noise machine when I am sleeping, so I am quite fine for that kind of noise. Their windows are good enough to prevent sounds from outside.

Security: They checked every car driving it, I guess they want to make sure if a passenger lost things or so, they can track it, or more like security reason? They also hire a security guy out there.

Service: I dropped a earring in my room, they helped me find it!! I couldn't find it anyway.

Communication: front desk has good English speaking ability, so it's quite good for people who are able to speak English but not able to speak Thai.

Facility: Air-condition is quite new, I checked comments on the hotels on Google Map, most of complains are about the air-conditioner, but this hotel is fine! It has quite good Air-conditioner, and you can control the temprature and fan by control panel.

Bad parts:

An unconvinent part is transportation, I need to walk about ~10 minutes to get train station or so and vice verse. It's far away than I thought. But for living a quite place, I think it's worth for me.

Their system is somehow not functioning well, I didn't tell the front desk, but I was actually delayed for about 1.5 hours because their internal system couldn't confirm my room or so. I think the reason is because the front end tried to confirm with manager about how to do. But I was in a hurry. I think the best way to do is just package my things, but I was left there for a quite long time. I think it's big NOT good part. And I was unable to get my bus because it...(I was delayed like ~1.5 hours....)

For room, as my room has a balacony, it's so beautiful. But I did smell a bad smell, I guess from the river. The river is not that clean(TBO, I haven't seen clean rivers in BKK), and I smelled that once probably because of sunshine was too strong or so and the smell had drifted over my balcony, I did smell once when I was on the balcony, but it's not strong. And I don't really care because most of time I stay in my room because outside is too hot.

Overall, I RECOMMEND this hotel to visitors, I metioned the bad parts is because I hope this hotel can check if they can work on second part. For 1 and 3, it's hard to change.

Good: -There is a good smell when you approach the hotel building making you feel welcomed. -The room is big, managed to fit in 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed yet still have plenty of space for you to walk around or to place luggage. -Since my room is facing inward, a lot of time I don't even know that outside is raining. -They provided Dreame hairdryer in which the wind is super strong! -The staff are all very friendly. Every morning upon reaching ground floor definitely they are there to greet you Sawadeekap~

Could be improved: -The shower has inconsistent temperature, sometimes the water is hot and sometimes it turned cold. -The socket beside the mirror in the bathroom has no protection at all which could possesses certain risk if there is water in the socket. -There is no handwash provided, only soap is provided. -There is no luggage rack provided. -Soundproofing is not ideal, I can hear my neighbor chit chatting on phone while in shower in the middle of the night. Plenty of times during my stay I can hear clear noise from the corridor early in the morning.

One thing I would like to highlight about location, the location is ideal if you are a shopaholic, there are so many shopping malls can be reached within walking distance without having to take the train. However, do note that the nearest 7eleven is at the end of the alley which could be a bit far away. On the other hand, the hotel do have microwave available at ground floor for you to reheat your food, but they do not have sandwich maker to heat up the 7eleven sandwiches :(

The room looks exactly as like in the photos.It was quite huge and spacious.All the required amenities were provided.My room was located on the 6th floor and towards the end so it was very quiet and peaceful.It has a nice river view. The location is amazing.Just 5 minutes walk to MBK center and BTS National Stadium and 7/11.There is a cafe next to the hotel and few restaurants. The reception desk is very friendly and helpful. P.S As the hotel looks quite new , it’s popular too due to which reception desk is quite busy at times with constant check in and check out.So if you have any queries make sure you ask them right away during your check in time to avoid any delay later.A security deposit of THB 1000 is collected during check in which is returned at check out.
