It's a very cool and cozy spot with a sophisticated cocktail menu. There aren't listed ingredients, so you have to figure out what you want in your drink. As Jim worked for the CIA, order your drink at his bar will involve learning some secret codes :)

The bartenders are both skilled and friendly, and the staff are service-minded and welcoming. Reservations are highly recommended for Friday and Saturday, as the bar fills up with customers enjoying the live jazz trio (or DJ).

One of the bartenders is currently competing in a cocktail competition, and you can try her special creation, the "1738 by Kanyanat Wonphuton." While I don't know the ingredients, it tasted delicious and was presented beautifully. She even shared a bit of history about the booze used in the drink, which added a nice touch.

What a beautiful place to relax, enjoy drinks with some sweet treats, listen to an eclectic mix of music, maybe even have a super fresh Cohiba on the outside patio overlooking the khlong. Nestled in a cozy spot on the Jim Thompson museum property, nature is all around. We particularly enjoyed watching the creatures right outside our window, including a bold, yet unsuccessful hunting attempt by “Jaws”, the young monitor lizard known well by the staff (and pond fish). Special kudos to our server, Khun Fon Kamonphan. We only planned to have 1 drink, but she made us feel so welcomed, we relaxed and...
