Disappointing Experience with Croissant

I recently visited Silk Cafe in Jim Thompson house Bangkok hoping to enjoy a delightful breakfast accompanied by a freshly baked croissant. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The croissant I ordered was stale and seemed to have been sitting out for far too long. Its texture was dry, lacking the buttery flakiness that makes a croissant so irresistible. Despite its promising appearance, the taste was bland and uninspiring.

Aside from the disappointing croissant, the ambiance of the cafe was pleasant and the service was adequate. However, the lackluster quality of the pastry significantly detracted from the overall experience. As someone who appreciates a good croissant, I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return for another culinary disappointment.

I hope that Silk cafe takes this feedback into consideration and makes improvements to ensure that their pastries are always fresh and enjoyable...

wow, we had an amazing experience enjoying the coconut affogato at Silk Cafe!! it was a perfect blend of espresso and creamy coconut ice cream. the bold coffee flavor paired beautifully with the light, refreshing sweetness of the coconut, making each bite absolutely divine.
