Hotel l'écrin hammamet — Hotel in Maghreb

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and 6 days. My review will be fair and based on my own experience with this hotel and without any exaggeration.

1- The things that I liked:

1- The location of the hotel is one of the best in Yasmine hammamet. It is in the heart of the city in front of Cartage Land which gives you access to the most important tourist attractions in the city on foot.

2- The swimming pool was very clean and not crowded. We really enjoyed it.

3- The staff, especially the lifeguards, the cleaning ladies, and the animation team were very kind.

4- The wifi was very fast and worked all the time in our room.

5- Water in the shower was always available and air conditioning was good

2- The things that I didn't like:

1- The private beach of the hotel was closed in the peak of the summer which is not acceptable at all.

2-The food wasn't bad but you could have done much better.

3- The elevator wasn't working. Our room was on the 4th floor so it was a bit tiring especially on the first and the last day with the luggage.

4-For the rooms. Please improve them.  You feel like you are at a cheap hostel, not a 4-star hotel. There are no mini fridges in the rooms and they ask you to pay extra money to have them in your room which is ridiculous. The doors work with a key, not a card. And the doors of the room that we had  got stuck all the time. The shower sprayer's tube had a hole in it which made taking a shower an impleasant experience (Room 2314). The carpets were dirty and the cleaning ladies did not come every day. It was something like every 2 days. Please work a bit more on cleanliness.

To sum up, in spite of the flaws, we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, namely because of its location and the swimming pool. We wish it improves in the future for us...

J’ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel, et mon expérience a été partagée entre de très belles surprises et quelques déceptions.

Commençons par les points positifs : Le personnel est sans doute le plus grand atout de cet établissement. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe : les animateurs, les maîtres-nageurs, les femmes de ménage, les portiers, le chef de sécurité, les agents de sécurité, les personnes qui assurent le service au buffet, le chef d’entretien et l’électricien. Tous sont très polis, bienveillants et investis à 100% dans leur travail. Grâce à eux, on se sent bien accueillis et respectés. Leur savoir-faire et leur attitude positive relèvent véritablement le niveau de l’hôtel.

Autres points positifs :

La piscine est propre et bien entretenue.

Les chambres sont climatisées, les draps et les lieux sont propres, et la douche également.

Cependant, plusieurs aspects ont gâché notre séjour :

À l’accueil, les informations fournies étaient incomplètes et inexactes. On ne nous a pas donné les horaires corrects du buffet ni de la piscine. Résultat : nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 pour notre première nuitée, et nous n’avons rien trouvé à manger.

Malgré notre paiement auprès de l’agence et de l’hôtel, il n’y avait pas suffisamment d’eau pour tout le monde.

Il y avait des fourmis dans les toilettes.

Le flexible de la douche était cassé et ne tenait pas.

En entrant dans la chambre, il n’y avait ni serviettes (مناشف), ni savon, ni articles de base.

Mais le point le plus décevant reste la nourriture, qui était tout simplement médiocre. Le manque de goût, de variété et de qualité était flagrant. C’est dommage car cela a vraiment affecté notre plaisir global.

En conclusion, cet hôtel a un personnel exceptionnel et un bon potentiel, mais il doit absolument améliorer l'organisation, la maintenance des chambres et surtout la qualité des repas pour être à la hauteur de l’engagement...

The food is trash the songs are trash and the rooms are trash , the door inside the room is not working , the lights aswell everything is just so bad in this hotel i don't recommand for you guys to come to this hotel because everything is just a big no if you are thinking about coming here please don't there's a lot of beautiful places and hôtels in tunisia but this one is a big NO save your money and go to other hôtels in hamamet or djerba whenever you like...
