ONYX HOTEL BUSINESS — Hotel in Çankaya

I was quite disappointed at the level of customer service that was provided at this hotel.

Firstly, Room was different with uploded pictures. Secondly, Hotel employees are not communication each other. They are not sharing informations. And before I arrived this hotel, I texted message. But they didn’t answer. So I needed to my local friend’s helps. (Also they can’t speak another language include english.) Thirdly, Daytime employees were really unkind. (Nighttime were kind.) They blamed me for their mistake(they have problem with they didn’t communicate). It was clearly there problem.

I don’t care about the money, I only care about the employees attitude. I don’t want to ruin your travel.

New hotel which opened 2015. Furniture and other things in room thus in excellent condition. They even have seperate rooms for smokers. But we couldn't smell any cigarette smoke at all. It's that new ! It is located centrally in one of the best known shopping streets in Ankara. There is even a bus stop across the street therefore you can make use of public transportation if you wish. Centre of Ankara is 15 min walk for those who prefer to walk. Friendly staff. Don't miss the pub downstairs for a pleasent...

That was the best one. The manager of this hotel (Mr.Hassan) is a kind man and he was helping us a lot. He speaks English very well and you do not have any problem. This hotel has suites with great views and affordable prices. This hotel and Mr. Hassan are Our best memory in Ankara. There are a lot of shops and everything you need around this hotel.
