Four Sides Hotel Şişli — Hotel in Şişli

The hotel doesn’t deserve more the two stars, because there is many negative points about this hotel: The two rooms that I have booked smell disgusting and have a smell of the drain. That forced me to buy air freshener to perfume the rooms. The room which I lived in under 14 days have broken floor och gave me a feeling of uncleanliness. The breakfast food does not match the range and quality of the hotel's pictures on the website. The hotel's rooms do not match the description and pictures on the website with old and worn bath towels, towels and bed sheets. The breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:30 which is a good timespan, but if you want to wake a little late och eat your breakfast efter 9:00 then there’s high probability that you will find nothing to eat. They add new food after lång time and very slowly. Dirty breakfast’s tables with dirty table costars . The juice machine is out of function and gave hot en bad juice quality. The elevator is almost out of order. They trying to fixed it and after many hours it’s bak out of order. The tv and hairdryer are not working in my room. I informed the staff about the problem and my desire to fix the tv. They promised me to fix it but the tv was never fixer under those 14 days I stayed there. Finally to be fair the hotel’s staff were very kind, but the situation was beyond theirs control. I’m really not satisfied och not recommend this hotel at all for the price which I paid for four- stars hotel. It is not fresh and does not give me the feeling of...

In general, the hotel is good comaring to its price (4100 tl for 2 nights with breakfast). It cheaper to book online (booking or Agoda) than booking at the disk. I compare this price to most of the hotels near to this area and I find it the right choice for period.

The location is good, but you need to be carful in late nights. Its 10 minutes walking to Istanbul Cevahir shopping mall.

The staff were very helpful and solve my issue in the booking. As I did not add my wife to the booking. They add here without taking extra money. Many thanks to Guest relations Tabigat ,Receptionist Ali and Bell Boy Muhammad.

The room was ok and I book with balcony but it was nearly window as they were no space to stay outside the balcony. The blanket need to be changed to some thing more soft.

The room has air condition and fridge 👍

The breakfast was good ( from 7:30 to 10:30).

Booked through Germanestetica for surgery. Who left us with no help or support. Room had no air conditioning working. We were locked out our room 5 times from the receptionist blocking our room card, she was the rudest person and laughed when we asked for help. The service was terrible Germanestetica also poor no itinerary and 11pm updates regarding taxi and appointment for the following day! We refused treatment which was at a general hospital not private the cues and wait times were hours. Treatments poor people in pain and complications. We asked to check out after 2 days. They made our check out unbearable as they wanted our money for the procedures we booked 8 months ago! We finally seeked the help and support from another cosmetic company to get us out of there....
