GOLF ROYAL RESIDENCE — Hotel in Şişli

Hello sir/madam. I inform you about this hotel , I have never seen in my life such a bad hotel and unpolite manager & Staff. They are trying to cheat the people and trying to get more money from customers. ||Today I booked a room in Golf Royal Residence. I took a taxi from airport to reach the hotel. When I came a manager of the hotel told me that my room was taken by another guest. He offered me another room for almost double price. He said that if you don’t pay extra you can’t stay in the hotel. Of course I refused. When you book your room in booking.com you see one price by when you come to make check in they say this room is not available and they trying to get more money! It was about 12 pm and he didn’t offer me another option that’s why I called to booking.com customer service. The customer service called them but they didn’t answer a long time. The manager was just sitting and laughting at my face till the customer service was waiting for his answer. I was waiting a lot on the line and was spent a lot of money also. Finally the customer service got their answer and the manager of the hotel said that he offered me another room for the same price. It was not true. The true is when I was on line with customer service and been waiting for a long time the manager said he ll give the room to me if I ll write positive feedback only. But I am against such business. I have been a booking.com’s client for a long time and always wrote truly feedbacks. The situation was awful. I never have got such a terrible service. The most disappointing thing for me is that the customer service supported the hotel and just canceled the booking. It was not honestly and that hotel will continue to cheat people. They were very rude and unpolite people , when I left the hotel they said very bad things about me. Reception Staff are friendly. Room having broken furnitures and toilet floor looks dirty and need some renovations. Hard to communicate with cleaners. I stayed for 6 days and I requested once for cleaning the room. The cleaner kept the door room open after cleaning and when I arrived at night the door was open and there was valuable things inside the room hidden inside my locked luggage, I complained immediately to the reception guy and he simply said no they never leave the door open and there is camera everywhere. the price was perfect comparing it with another hotels in the same area , the room I stayed in It does not have a window but the bed was soo comfortable and the space in the room was just enough for one person but to be fair ist not enough for two , now about the service , honestly i did not tell the reception to clean my room but i didn't see the one who cleaning rooms , and they don't have a breakfast and the TV wasn't working and the air conditioner wasn't working too , the bathroom and the shower was having abig space comparing to another hotels , but i mean its the cheapest hotel at the area so over all its good you can choose it for...
