NOBLE Pangaltı Hotel — Hotel in Şişli

We had a truly special experience staying at Noble Pangalti Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff, from the reception to the cleaning ladies and their attentive team, welcomed us with genuine warmth and care. They were always there to help, and their emotional support during our bittersweet journey meant more than words can say.

Special thanks to Arif and Levent for their kindness and constant presence. Though I only remember a few names, I’ll never forget the kind, smiling gentleman we saw every morning, nor Arif’s lovely mother whose presence added a homely, comforting touch.

We were in Istanbul for some very important personal paperwork, and the staff kept checking in, asking how things were going, offering helpful advice, and always showing kindness and warmth without expecting anything in return.

Unfortunately, we encountered some difficult experiences related to bureaucracy and systemic issues that left us feeling disheartened. But through all of that, Noble Pangalti was our calm and comforting refuge.

This hotel is more than just a place to stay. It’s a place where you feel truly looked after. Thank you Noble Pangalti team, for making our stay unforgettable. Each of you will Always hold a special place...

As a solo female traveller who stayed here for nearly 2 weeks, I would have to say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Istanbul.It’s in a safe, quiet and convenient location - 5 mins walk away from Osmanbey Metro station. It’s located in the heart of Nişantaşı. There are plenty of local cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. around. It’s 5 mins walk away from Lotus Walk mall, a few blocks away from City’s Nişantaşı mall and 1-4 stops away from the main tourist sites. I also appreciate the beautiful architecture and design of the hotel. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the classy and modern design - from the walls, to the furniture, the lighting and it smells so good too! It’s a new hotel so it’s super clean and the housekeeping ladies are extremely efficient, very polite and do an amazing job everyday. The staff are all very friendly, accommodating and truly the epitome of Turkish hospitality. I can’t wait to come back to Istanbul and stay here again! Hopefully, the restaurant will be open by then - all the best to the Noble...

We stayed at this hotel for almost one month during our time in Istanbul, and we are very happy with our choice. The hotel is new and well-maintained, and we selected it primarily because of its excellent location. It’s just one street away from the Osmanbey metro station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel itself is located midway up a hill and has a few stairs to reach the entrance, so it may not be ideal for older guests. However, everything else about the hotel deserves praise. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always going out of their way to assist. The cleaning service is impeccable, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light thanks to large windows.

The soundproofing is decent, and both the heating and air conditioning work perfectly. Another big plus is that smoking is prohibited inside, which was a major reason we chose this hotel.

We’re thrilled with our stay here and will definitely return....
