TERRIBLE HOTEL! BE CAREFUL! They don't clean the rooms at all, they don't change the bed sheets at all! there is no service. Hotel receptionist is very rude person,always swearing and showing very bad and rude attitude. If you tell them about missing services and dirty rooms and dirty bed sheets they threat you as"if you don't like the hotel , go to other hotels". We had our worst 7 days hotel experience with my wife and we can not understand why some people give good points for this hotel..Probably most people stay just one or 2 nights and cannot realize those bad things in that short time. Hotel owner doesn't care anything either. Their smile on their face are fake, non of the staf in this hotel is doing their job good, they have no respect to customers. We realised the rooms are not being cleaned. There was dirt on the floor and in the shower and for days it stayed there. When we told this to the reception, they told us they had a communication problem with the cleaning lady because her language was different and we should try to talk to her ourselves... We had to continue complaining because it was REALLY dirty, the receptionguy Si..n got so rude! At the end he was even shouting at us! Other people were coming out to see what was happening. We have never had such an experience in our lives. He actually shouted 'f*ck off and go to another hotel'. Which is what we did, we went to another hotel in the same area and same price level, and we were very happy there. We did talk to the owner, and although he said he was sorry, he didn't seem to care so much. He did nothing to make us happy again. ||We stayed here for a week, not just for one or two days, which is probably why we realised these things. Has a kind and understanding business owner and receptionists. I've mistakenly booked for Dec 11-16 instead of Nov 11-16, and realized the mistake at Nov 11, but they have been kind enough to move my booking to one month prior with no extra charges.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The location is relatively calm and quiet. But I would advise sticking to main roads and not going into the back streets.

You can order food and groceries to your room, hotel management is ok with that. There are two liquor stores nearby, but they might charge as much as 2x for the alcohol, you might want to haggle a bit, but I wouldn't push too much :D

Also I've invited my girlfriend to my room, hotel management only asked for her ID for security purposes.

My overall experience was good, the hotel is cleaner and little bit cheaper than nearby similar hotels. Best choice price/performance wise in the location...
