It is not unusual to glance that this property is shown as a 4-star hotel. What is contradictory though that it is only 1 star less than the nearby, Şişli’s Westin and Ramada signature brands. Travel platforms sometimes unlawfully boost the star level by one to get people to book through their websites (No solid evidence). Additionally, reviews are often full of fake ten stars, written by staff or other paid third parties (Again, no solid evidence). Just be cautious of any reviews where there are 10 stars, but also a lot of 1 star reviews. Check what are those common cons in the 1 star reviews, as they likely to be true concerns. I stayed at this hotel in early winter, 2024, and I reported the trash accumulation in my apartment to the receptionist. He came up and took the trash saying that they have a new housekeeper and been striving to train her. Same shortcoming, however, was repeated. In the third time, the receptionist was less care and stated that the housekeepers refused to respond to my cleaning request because one of them was upset from reporting the trash accumulation to the front disk. I decided to break my stay and leave the hotel and scarify the amount paid. Mr. Ahmed, another receptionist, said that what has been said by the other receptionist was not true and offered his apology, although i insisted to check out on my expense due to my daughter’s justified concern. While I have not expected (and did not care of) any compensation, he thankfully refunded me for the remaining two nights. Surprisingly, Mr. Ahmed revealed to me that the basic job of the other receptionist (with whom we have been dealing as a receptionist in a diffetent shift) is a Bellman (i.e., assisting guests in carrying bags and similar services). This clearly violates at least one provision of the Short-Term Rental (Act) Regulations in Turkey (Regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Tourism). Add to it, some rooms that offered to incapacitate 2 adults are so small that one can only jump to the bed from its end and leave his suitcase in the lounge. Add to this, one hardly find more than one personnel in a small disk in the entrance who volunteers to do maintenance, compensate for forgotten refills, and dispose the trash for you when their housekeepers don’t. Accumulated trash is not unusual in this hotel due to apparently housekeepers who are bullies to the receptionist and maybe their management. Once, this receptionist, whom Mr. Ahmed referred to as Bellman, suggested that I bring with me my trash to their disk when I go out. I would have done so from the beginning had I known where to dispose it in. Ironically, such quality lacking is shown as 4 star hotel, in which one person strives (or not strive) to perform all supposedly good practices of quality tasks of a 4-stars hotel. Such quality and absence of standards would be accepted if the daily cost (rate) of the apartment in this hotel is cheap. Add to above, the very poor maintained toilet, wooden floors, AC’s, heaters, and glass door, etc. in this hotel. The corridor before the lift (in the ground floor) is hard to allow exit and entering for more than one person at a time. Add to all of the above, the apparent disgusting spots in the bed sheet (never changed it upon my request), the sewage smell in apartments of one floor (reported by other reviewers), the noise by neighbours, the noise by the opposite restaurant bar (seems never closes; very audible laugh and talks throughout nights). Leaving polite evaluation by a reviewer does not necessarily reflect a solid judgement. It rather could be due to a short-sighted viewpoint that is based on a pro such as the receptionist being speaking same language as his, and ignores broader metrics, the most important of which are how much money one paid per night as opposed to what he gets, and how he compares the property with other, similar-price 4 star hotels. This way other travelers can be...

It rather could be due to personal viewpoint that is based on specific pro such as the receptionists being speaking same language as his. A fair review, however, needs to take into consideration the amount of money paid in comparison to other 4 star hotels, and whether or not the facility and services proportionate to a 4 star hotel, so that other travelers can be rightly guided. When seeing reviews where there are 10-stars, but also a lot of 1-stars, look carefully into the commons in the 1-star ones, for they likely to be...
Read moreWe had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property and rooms were exceptionally clean, well-organized, and offered at reasonable rates. Its location is also highly accessible and convenient. We made our reservation through Booking.com, and the rooms we received matched the pictures exactly, which was reassuring. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing a level of service comparable to a five-star hotel. Whenever we requested extra items like towels or slippers, they responded promptly and without hesitation, which made our stay even more comfortable. I will definitely be booking this hotel again for...
