Sweetest Staff & Hotel!||January 2024 is our 3rd visit to Istanbul & Renata is by far the most comfortable |& the best value! Our stay was 7 days.||Our room (#203) had more space than other hotels we've stayed at like Lasagrada |& Dosso Dossi. That mattered because I needed to work remotely so I did not have to sit on the bed. They even gave me a wire to improve my remote connection quality. ||Room was comfortably warm at this cold time of year & includes closet space (nice when living out of suitcases), an iron + board & a small refrigerator. Best hotel bedsheets for this tired traveler & upon request the staff gave me 2 more blankets.|Two complimentary large bottles of water provided each day so we did not have to haul water each day. ||Your stay includes breakfast with delicious options in a sweet just right sized dining room.||Another amazing thing is the French door has options, see pics. You can open the right side to peek outside AND it can TILT open to have fresh air at night, that's a biggie for this midwestern girl. Nice view of street too! Sorry I did not take other pics|to show the whole room, closets, seating, bath etc.||Renata is walking distance to the main street for restaurants (buffets are our favorite & also best value), shops including small produce/grocery stores to buy fresh fruit etc as well as & the all-important Metro underground train for getting to further districts!||There's also a private sauna that you can reserve.|We would go back to...

The best accommodation I have ever had in Istanbul, this is my seventh visit to Istanbul and this hotel way exceeded my expectations and better than any other hotel I have stayed in. The room is super clean, breakfast is great and staff is attentive and remarkably professional. Restaurant's staff, house keeping, receptionists. Thanks to Mr Abdullah who before coming arranged a short notice edit in guest number, he even made me feel comfortable about my stay before our arrival, also mr Kurut in reception has always been welcoming and nice to us. Hassan and other ladies in the restaurant are smiling, welcoming, polite and v attentive. Thanks to all of them for giving us such a remarkable stay and impressive experience. Room service is fast and food is v delicious, we have tried pizza, i highly recommend. Room isolation is great allowed us to have very good sleep during our 5 nights stay. Also, the AC in the room surprisingly has no sound at all, and works perfectly well. Perfect location just 3 mins from Osman Bay Metro and Bus stop. Nearby is everything available money exchange, grocery shops, restaurants, bars, also around 7 mins walking City's Nisantasi Mall. It is only 1 stop by metro to Taksim and 1 stop to Cevahir malll, 2 stops to Zorlu Mall. The location is v accessible for all activities and also it is a very safe neighborhood. This is the second time we have stayed here and it didn’t disappoint. We were a couple with a toddler child and the man at the desk (I forgot his name) was amazing. His English was great and his ability to assist us for anything was superb. Their breakfast was amazing and simit was soooo good that I couldn’t stop eating it. They also cooked us eggs at our request and their attentiveness was great and not too needy. They were very lovely to help my son when he made a mess and when it was lunch time and we couldn’t get anything to feed my son we tried their kitchen service for pasta and it was so amazing! They offered to hold our luggage in the morning when we arrived and we were able to explore Istanbul without our luggage. Checking out was great too, late checkout and they also held our bags for us as we continued to explore Istanbul. The location is great as there is sok grocers across the road and restaurants walking distance. Suggestions: Amnesties in the hotel were great,as we had the apartment. It was empty of any cutlery or dishes so if you plan to utilize it bring your own. I wish they had some detergent but it wasn’t important. Overall great value...
