I booked a room in this hotel, luckily only for one night. When I arrived to the place, the reception desk was empty - somewhere around the pool I found a person managing the place, because with no doubt, I can't call him a manager. This teenager, who didn't speak any english(I was with a turkish-speaking person) told us I have no reservation here - though I showed him a reservation in my phone done by hotels.com, everything confirmed and paid. Then he called someone and gave us the phone - it was probably the owner, but refused to introduce himself - told us he is sorry and he can't do anything about it, also refused to help in any way. The reason to stay here is not for the pool, or the nice sitting area just off the best part of central Bodrum, but rather for Hakan and the great hospitality, quiet and clean rooms and ridiculously...
