istanbul center hotel — Hotel in Fatih

I do not know where to start as we had so many problems that we had to leave after two nights. To make it short, this is not the place you want to stay. The room does not look at all as shown on the pictures, where one can see a very clean and spacy room with a king size bed. However, the room 401 actually has two single beds attached together with two strings making your night not confortable at all. The internet was not working. You can't have a proper hot shower as the pressure is weak. There is no reception but only a phone number where no one answers. There was a broken window so it was noisy. The worst place i ever stayed.||The good thing was, that we could leave after 2 nights and received our money back for the rest of our stay as we booked...

Very poor, bathroom is around 1metre² and the water doesn't go down from the shower there is blockage. Stairs do not have staircases, it does not have ascensor either, stairs tiled and you really have to walk carefully otherwise you will slip and fall from the stairs. It has very little space whatever you see in the picture that's what you only get not even half metre more! The bed for two people is small doube, I requested two single beds but upon arrival we were told that the room is double and you can not get 2 single beds. I am really very frustrated and looking for another where I could get better sleep and...

Words fail me about this so called hotel. It is not a hotel, more like someone’s flat they have asked to borrow. We didn’t even stay the night. Don’t even bother to think about booking as there is a lovely hotel for the same...
